Most fans know Beast as one of the original X-Men and a brilliant mind, but he spent over six years as a core member of the Avengers, starting with issue #137 and continuing until issue #211, when he moved on to the Defenders. After decades focused solely on the X-Men, it’s time for Beast to return to the Avengers. The timing is perfect because there are two Beasts needing help: a clone grappling with the consequences of the original’s darker choices, and the original Beast himself, who needs to be reminded of what it means to be a hero.

The studio was made smaller, but it didn’t shut down completely; instead, everyone focused on the next Mass Effect game. This game was originally announced in 2020, and unfortunately, it still doesn’t have a release date.

Darabont described the experience as incredibly enjoyable, saying he had more fun directing these episodes than any others in his career. Designed to depict the final battles from the manga, this could be the last entry in the series.
