PlayStation just unveiled a fresh collection of DualSense controllers and console covers, and they’re among the most stylish yet. Since the PS5 launched in 2020, PlayStation has consistently released new controller colors. These have ranged from special editions inspired by popular games to simply unique shades beyond the original white. Now, to kick off the new year, PlayStation is launching another set of DualSense controllers that stand out as some of their best designs so far.
PlayStation recently announced a new line of accessories called the Hyperpop Collection, coming in March. It includes controllers and console covers in three vibrant color schemes: Techno Red, Remix Green, and Rhythm Blue. Each accessory features a striking design, starting with glossy black at the top and fading into a bright neon color. You’ll be able to buy the DualSense controllers individually, and matching console covers will also be available.
You can get a look at these new PS5 controllers and console skins in the trailer below:
I think the Hyperpop collection is one of PlayStation’s best releases in a while. Past PS5 controller and console colors have generally been simple, though some were still appealing. This new gradient design is unique for PlayStation and really makes these accessories pop. If you’re looking to get a new PS5 controller or change up your console’s appearance, I highly recommend checking these out.
Hyperpop-branded DualSense controllers for the PlayStation 5 will cost $84.99, and console covers will be $74.99. The entire Hyperpop collection launches on March 12th, and you can pre-order it starting January 16th through PlayStation Direct and other stores.
