Pregnant Hailee Steinfeld’s Golden Globes Look Is So Good It’s Sinful

Hailee Steinfeld is always going up, baby, up.

Actress from Sinners proudly showed off her baby bump at the 2026 Golden Globes on January 11th, just weeks after she and her husband, Josh Allen, announced they were expecting their first child.

Hailee Steinfeld stars in Ryan Coogler’s film, Sinners, which has received seven nominations at the Beverly Hilton Hotel awards. The nominations include Best Motion Picture – Drama. Michael B. Jordan is nominated for Best Actor, and Ryan Coogler is recognized for both Best Director and Best Screenplay.

Although Hailee wasn’t personally nominated for an award, she described playing Mary—a light-skinned Black woman in the segregated South—as a dream role she’d always hoped for.

The actor explained to Who What Wear in February 2025 that reading the script immediately resonated with them on a deep, emotional level. They described it as a rare and special feeling – something they’ve only experienced a few times in their career – and once you’ve felt it, you constantly seek out that same connection.

The 29-year-old actress has continued to support her movie, released in April, over the past year. She’s also looking forward to focusing on her personal life with Josh as they plan for the future.

She told Variety in October that she schedules her life to be present for him. During football season, she enjoys slowing down and supporting him, cherishing that time. But when the season ends, she shifts gears and focuses on her own work and projects.

Hailee has always raved about married life, calling it “the greatest thing ever.” This was even before she and her husband, who got married in May, announced they were expecting a baby.

She explained that she was experiencing a new phase of life, one separate from her career. She’d also learned to appreciate slowing down and enjoying that with another person.

She told Bustle in November that being with her partner is helping her become the person she’s always wanted to be, and she feels like she’s finally reaching her full potential.
