Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was more than ready to smash his latest date night.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was accompanied by his wife, Lauren Hashian, at the 2026 Golden Globes on January 11th. They both looked stunning: Dwayne, 53, wore a classic black tuxedo and glasses, and Lauren chose a glamorous, high-necked gold gown inspired by the award show. Dwayne and Lauren celebrated a special night, marking their wedding anniversary after being together for 12 years. The evening was even more significant for Dwayne, as he’s nominated for Best Actor in a Drama at the Golden Globes. He’s up against strong competition, including Joel Edgerton, Oscar Isaac, Jeremy Allen White, Wagner Moura, and Michael B. Jordan.
Dwayne Johnson said becoming MMA fighter Mark Kerr for the new drama, directed by Benny Safdie and co-starring Emily Blunt, was a challenging experience. It wasn’t just about gaining 30 pounds to play the part, but a complete transformation.
He’s incredibly thankful for his family, including Lauren, and their daughters Jasmine, 9, and Tiana, 6. He’s also grateful for his daughter Simone, 24, whom he shares with his former wife, Dany Garcia.
He shared with TopMob News in September that having supportive people who believed in him and offered assistance was crucial to his success. He said, “That’s the key.”
Lauren, 41, is Dwayne’s partner in life, always there to support him. While they don’t frequently appear together publicly – their last joint appearance was with their children at the Moana 2 premiere in late 2024 – Dwayne consistently makes sure to publicly acknowledge and celebrate her on social media.
He publicly celebrated Mother’s Day in 2024 with a heartfelt Instagram post, praising Lauren’s kindness, compassion, musical talent, and beauty, and calling her an amazing mother to their children.
