Emmy Nominations 2025: Kristen Bell & More React to Their Nods

This competition is tough to conquer, given how impressive shows have been this year. On July 15, Brenda Song and Harvey Guillén announced the Emmy nominees for 2025 during a live broadcast, acknowledging the long-overdue recognition that small screen actors are receiving.

Following the release of “Nobody Wants This“, the popular Netflix comedy featuring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, produced by Erin Foster, received three nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series, as well as nods for Outstanding Lead Actor and Outstanding Lead Actress. Swiftly reacting to the news, Kristen Bell shared her surprise on Instagram with a series of photos.

Kristen announced on July 15th that she had been nominated for an Emmy. She also shared the news that @erinfoster had received an Emmy nomination too!

Over the past few years, shows like “Abbott Elementary” (with four victories and now 30 nominations since it became eligible in 2022) and “The Bear” have been leading the Emmy awards. Notably, “The Bear” set a new record by winning 11 awards in one night, along with eight additional wins from previous years.

In fact, this drama series, which dominated network television from 1994 to 2009, boasts an impressive collection of 23 Emmys, placing it among the most acclaimed shows in Emmy history.

The actress from “Nobody Wants This” expressed her real-time feelings upon receiving a nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, and also for the show itself being nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series. These recognitions are given by none other than Erin Foster as the producer.

In another post she celebrated her father, adding, “Our little actor.”

As a devoted admirer, I was thrilled when the Saturday Night Live star received another Outstanding Supporting Actor nomination. Yet, before I basked in my own joy, I first took to social media to extend my heartfelt congratulations to fellow nominee Jeff Hiller. On July 15, I penned an Instagram Story expressing my feelings: “EMMY NOMINEE JEFF HILLER – Thank God!

Indeed, he didn’t forget to express his appreciation for the nomination, including a picture of the team from Saturday Night Live in it.

“Thank you to the continent of Asia,” he joked. “You’re welcome Asians.”

The Bear actress quickly took to Instagram to react to her second nomination for her role as Tina. 

In her July 15 Instagram video, she expressed deep gratitude, saying, “I’m overwhelmed with joy. Once again, thank you to all of you who have stood by me, and to the Academy as well.

Moreover, as it turned out, her birthday happened to fall on the same date. Playfully, she included in the caption, “This is undeniably my best birthday yet!
