The Masked Singer baked up a big surprise when it came to who was going home.
Last week’s premiere of the singing competition revealed one celebrity, and the January 14th episode continued the reveals by unmasking three more contestants.
Last week on the show, a pair of costumed performers dressed in black and white striped outfits—complete with a ball and chain—left the judges guessing their identities as they sang “Jailhouse Rock.”
The hint about these two people is that they were once wealthy and popular, but then lost everything.
As the Male Croissant explained in a video before the recording, things used to be wonderful for them. They were very close, but something happened that separated them.
The Female Croissant continued, “That’s right. We were broken up and went our separate ways, and we had no idea if we’d ever meet again.”
Okay, so the judges immediately figured out The Croissants were probably a couple from a reality show, and it’s crazy because they think both of them were actually in jail before they met on the show! Like, separately! It’s just… a lot to process, honestly. I’ve been rewatching all their old interviews trying to find clues, and it’s starting to make sense! They’re so mysterious, it’s perfect!
Ken Jeong had a hunch the masked singers were country stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Others thought they might be reality TV personalities: Robin Thicke guessed Snooki and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino from Jersey Shore, and Rita Ora suggested Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag of The Hills. However, Jenny McCarthy correctly identified them as Todd and Julie Chrisley, who were convicted of fraud and sentenced to federal prison but are scheduled to be pardoned in May 2025.
Host Nick Cannon started by saying, “You’ve accomplished so much. Would you say this is the biggest challenge you’ve ever faced?”
Todd joked, “Heck no. We’ve done far worse.”
The reality show also saw fan favorite Le Who Who revealed. While the judges quickly guessed the performer was a comedian, figuring out who was behind the Labubu costume was the big mystery.

After a lot of speculation, Le Who Who finally revealed herself during a video, playfully spray-painting cans labeled ‘laughter.’ She declared she’s an incredibly talented artist, too unique to be easily categorized.
She playfully described herself as a huge box office success – earning over a billion dollars – a late-night talk show icon, and one of the world’s most influential figures. She then jokingly congratulated whoever she was speaking to, saying they’d found something special because she’s ‘a collectible’.
Staying true to her comedic style, she had the audience laughing hysterically after performing Blondie’s “One Way or Another.” The performance included a lively dance break where she playfully showed the crowd a glimpse of her backside.
Nick chuckled as Le Who Who playfully nudged him. “Well, hello there,” he said. “Looks like I’ve made a new, energetic friend!”
The judges discovered the masked singer was already halfway to achieving an EGOT – winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award. Jenny playfully asked if the performer had already earned the Emmy and Grammy, or if they were still pursuing the Oscar and Tony.
Le Who Who responded, “I know I got some eggs that Nick can use.”
Referencing Nick’s former wife, Mariah Carey, she playfully quipped, “I’ll be your second wealthiest baby mama.”
The judges really enjoyed trying to figure out who was behind the funny performances. Robin guessed Keke Palmer, and Jenny correctly identified Leslie Jones, pointing out the ghostly clues. Ken was convinced Wanda Sykes was the performer, but Rita was the one who ultimately guessed correctly – it was Tiffany Haddish from Girls Trip.
As she revealed her identity, the audience yelled “Le Who Who!” Nick responded with a laugh, saying, “She doesn’t want to leave!”

“You never take anything seriously,” Nick teased. Tiffany replied, “I do take things seriously, Nick.”
I really wanted to win, but this doesn’t feel like a victory,” she said to the audience. “I appreciate the confetti, though – that was nice.
The comedian told the judges they’ve all been important in his life, then turned to Nick and playfully proposed a more lasting connection. He jokingly referenced Nick having ‘good swimmers,’ implying a desire for them to start a family.
Nick chuckled at Tiffany, calling her playful, but she insisted she was completely sincere.
Okay, so like, it’s totally obvious, but I’m at my most… receptive right now, which is why I put this outfit on, okay? And honestly? He changed his number! Can you believe it? He just… stopped answering my calls, so I had to come on the show. I needed to get his attention, you know?
There’s still one more celebrity contestant whose identity is known: influencer Kylie Cantrall. She’s been revealed as the Cat Witch, but she’s keeping it a secret from the judges while competing on the show this season.
The Masked Singer airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.

Baseball superstar David Ortiz, known as ‘Big Papi,’ was unmasked as the tall costume on the season 14 premiere of The Masked Singer. He was eliminated from the competition after his first performance.

Kylie Cantrall, known for her role in Descendants, was unmasked as the Cat Witch on the show, giving viewers a behind-the-scenes look while successfully keeping her identity a secret from the judges.

During the first episode of the show, the costumed performers known as The Croissants were revealed to be reality TV stars Julie Chrisley and Todd Chrisley.
