Beyond the revamped main story with Kazuma Kiryu and the new side story featuring Yoshitaka Mine, the upcoming Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 is also looking like a fantastic collection of classic content.
We previously shared news about the classic arcade games Emergency Call Ambulance and SlashOut coming to the Model 3. Now, a third game, the quirky and fun Magical Truck Adventure, has been added to the lineup.
First launched in 1998, this game is designed for two players to work together. You guide two children, Roy and Alma, on a minecart using simple controls.

To speed up, you repeatedly move the lever, taking you through more and more unusual levels. You also use a foot pedal to avoid obstacles and jump over them.
The DualSense controller will use its motion features with the analog sticks, letting you play the game by yourself with just one controller. It’s a really neat feature!

YouTuber RogersBase got an early look and reports that these Game Gear games have been improved with helpful features like a rewind button, making it feel like a great collection of classic portable games.
While it’s great to see these classic games being revisited, many players are disappointed that SEGA is bundling them with the Yakuza series. Not everyone is a fan of Yakuza, and they’d prefer to be able to purchase these retro titles on their own.
You’re right to say it’s been a while since we’ve seen a really comprehensive collection of classic SEGA games, including both home console and arcade titles.
Whether it’s the classic Master System or the Dreamcast, we’d happily spend a lot of money on updated versions of this Japanese publisher’s older games.
