Another God of War TV Series Cast Member Has Been Revealed

We now know who will be playing the main role of Kratos in Amazon’s upcoming God of War TV series.

With casting underway, it seems we now know another face to look out for alongside star Ryan Hurst.

Teresa Palmer is joining the cast of God of War, according to Deadline. She will play Phoebe/Sif, who is Thor’s wife and a goddess associated with family.

Teresa Palmer is a well-known actress who has appeared in popular films and TV shows like A Discovery of Witches, Warm Bodies, The Fall Guy, and Hacksaw Ridge, among others.

Sif appears in God of War Ragnarok, the follow-up to the game that first explored Norse mythology. The new game delves deeper into the world of Asgard and its gods.

I’m so excited for this new series! It’s going to continue the story of Kratos and Atreus – though we don’t know who’s playing them yet – as they journey to scatter the ashes of Faye, their mother and wife, from the very top of the highest mountain in all the realms. It sounds like an epic quest!

So, the show’s still in the early stages right now, but they’re planning to start filming in March! I’m guessing we’ll get some news about who’s going to be in it as the year goes on, which I’m really excited about.
