Unlike other shows in the Game of Thrones universe, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is doing things differently – starting with how it releases episodes. This new prequel is set about 90 years before the original Game of Thrones, and it stands apart from both that series and House of the Dragon in more ways than just its timeline.
This new series has a very different feel – it’s much more lighthearted, smaller in scope, and genuinely funny. But that doesn’t make it any less good. A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is a fantastic show that viewers will likely enjoy watching week after week. It’s an easy, enjoyable watch, which should help it succeed as new episodes become available. Here’s a schedule for the release of HBO’s return to the world of Westeros.
What Time A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms Episodes Release
HBO’s Sunday nights have become synonymous with the world of Westeros, starting with the huge popularity of Game of Thrones and continuing with House of the Dragon. Now, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms keeps that tradition alive, but with a slight change: new episodes will premiere at 10pm ET/PT instead of the usual 9pm, as Season 4 of Industry already airs then. Episodes will also be available to stream on HBO Max at the same time.
How Long A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms Episodes Are

Episodes of Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon usually lasted between 55 and 60 minutes. However, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is different – and thankfully shorter. The first episode is only 42 minutes long, with all following episodes clocking in around 35 minutes, making them significantly shorter than any previous installment in the series.
How Many A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms Episodes There Are & When The Finale Is

The first season of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms has just six episodes, similar to the final season of Game of Thrones. While most Thrones seasons featured ten episodes, Season 7 was shortened to seven. House of the Dragon‘s first season also had ten episodes, followed by eight in Season 2, and ten are planned for Season 3.
With fewer episodes and a shorter runtime overall, Kingdoms is noticeably briefer than other seasons in the series. However, this isn’t a problem – the pacing feels natural because the source material, a shorter novella, simply requires a more concise adaptation.
