riverendgames’ “Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream” has just been launched on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and personal computers. You can watch the launch trailer beneath to get a glimpse of the environment and characters. Enjoy!
In the make-believe city of Eriksholm, inspired by 1900s Scandinavia, players assume the role of Hanna as she sets off on a quest to locate her missing brother, Herman. His unexpected disappearance sparks widespread searches, and Hanna finds herself dodging police arrest while uncovering the truth. At first, she slips around in secrecy, but eventually, she acquires a blow dart gun for subduing adversaries instead of fighting them head-on.
Indeed, additional personalities enter the fray over time, such as Alva – a skilled thief capable of dismantling lights and scaling pipes. At certain instances, players will be required to alternate between characters in order to tackle puzzles and dodge adversaries. While navigating stunning landscapes, you’ll also come across captivating cinematic sequences that are well worth witnessing.
