Emmerdale reveals Victoria Sugden’s exit story following vicious ultimatum in early ITVX release

Victoria Sugden, played by Isabel Hodgins, is starting to think about leaving Emmerdale and the Yorkshire village she’s known for so long.

Haunted by the death of her brother, John (Oliver Farnworth), and knowing it was officially ruled a suicide, she understands her life will never be the same.

Things get even more complicated because she’s being blackmailed by Joe Tate, who has manipulated her brother Robert into planting false evidence at Butler’s Farm. This evidence wrongly accuses Moira Dingle of serious crimes – both modern slavery and murder.

Unless he did what they wanted, a video showing Vic killing John would be turned over to the police. Additionally, Joe is demanding the Sugdens’ share of the farm, leaving Robert with no other options.

Okay, so in this episode, my character was really worried about Moira. I decided the right thing to do was turn myself in to the police. I figured it was the only way to get an innocent farmer out of jail and finally take responsibility for what I’d done.

Joe pressured her to transfer their ownership stake, and she stepped away to the farmyard to think things over.

Graham Foster listened as she explained that living in the village constantly reminded her of the pain John had caused her family. She also worried that seeing Cain Dingle raising his children without Moira would continue to upset her.

He said that if she was to sell the farm, she’d have the money to leave and start afresh.

After Joe predicted her video would soon become popular online, she took the contracts home to think about what she wanted to do.

Is this how Victoria will leave Emmerdale?
