The future of the Demon Slayer anime looks bright, with the Infinity Castle film being the first of three planned movies from Ufotable. Although rumors suggested the next two films would be released in 2027 and 2029, Crunchyroll has denied these dates, leaving fans uncertain about when Tanjiro and his friends will return. It’s also unclear if Ufotable will release the Infinity Castle arc as a series of TV episodes, similar to how Demon Slayer: Mugen Train was adapted. Since the manga concluded with the Infinity Castle arc – including an epilogue that finished Tanjiro’s story – the Hashira’s journey is nearing its end.
