It seems Billy Bob wasn’t fazed by a co-star asking about his famously unusual relationship with Angelina Jolie, where they reportedly wore vials of each other’s blood as a symbol of their commitment during their early 2000s marriage.
Michelle, 28, described him as incredibly natural and relaxed. “He’s just effortlessly himself,” she explained. “You’d expect someone with his experience to be intimidating, but he’s actually a fantastic actor because he draws out genuine emotion from others and makes everyone feel comfortable, both on set and in general.”
Michelle didn’t share the details of her conversation with Billy Bob, but the Sling Blade actor recently talked about the intense media attention he and Angelina Jolie received while they were together. He said the public often exaggerated their unusual expressions of love.

Sarah proved she’s incredibly confident—and maybe a little mischievous—when she appeared on her ex-husband Jimmy’s talk show. She was there to promote her new series, I Love You, America, and playfully teased Jimmy about his wife, Molly Kimmel, describing her as “cute,” “bright,” and “funny.” Joking about the difference between their relationships, Sarah quipped, “It’s not fair! She got the updated, more aware Jimmy. I only had the Jimmy from The Man Show.”

Honestly, some people seemed more upset about this relationship ending than the people involved! When Anna—who is now married to Michael Barrett—found out Chris Pratt was getting married to Katherine Schwarzenegger in 2019, she surprisingly offered to perform the ceremony. She even sent a gift when their daughter, Lyla, was born in August 2020. A source revealed that Anna was genuinely happy for her son, Jack, to have a little sister and was very supportive of the new family.

Their breakup could have easily led to disaster, but four years later, these HGTV stars are thriving. They’re successfully co-parenting their children, Taylor and Brayden, and continuing to renovate dilapidated houses into beautiful homes for others.

Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet, who have a daughter, actress Zoe Kravitz, describe their relationship as a close, familial bond – what Lenny called being “best friends” in a 2013 interview with Oprah Winfrey. Even after their divorce and Lisa’s subsequent marriage to and split from Jason Momoa in 2020, they maintain a happy and supportive connection. Lenny sees it as a positive example of how ex-partners can successfully co-exist and build a blended family.

I’ve been following Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck since they announced their split back in 2015, and honestly, I’m really impressed with how they’ve handled things, especially for their kids Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. They’ve really nailed this ‘conscious uncoupling’ thing – I’ve seen pictures of them on family vacations together, celebrating holidays as a unit, and even Ben publicly praising Jennifer as an incredible mother in an interview with TopMob News back in 2016. It’s refreshing to see them prioritize their children like that.

Nina and Ian dated for three years before breaking up in 2013, but they stayed friends. The following year, Nina began dating Nikki Reed and quickly became close with her, as Nikki had recently married Ian.

The couple ended their five-year relationship in July 2016. The singer later shared on Howard Stern’s radio show in October that she remained very close to her ex, saying he had been both a lover and a friend for a long time.
“We love each other,” she said. “That’s it.”

Even years after The Office ended in 2013, the chemistry between its stars continues to fuel speculation about a romantic connection, and Mindy Kaling understands why fans still hope they’ll get together. In a 2019 interview with Good Housekeeping, she admitted that if she were a viewer, she’d feel the same way. However, she clarified that her close friend, B.J. Novak, is now more like family than just a platonic friend, which is why she chose him to be a godfather to her children.

After their divorce was finalized in 2011, the former couple easily continued to raise their son, Bronx. The Fall Out Boy singer has praised his ex-wife, calling her a fantastic mother.

It was definitely hard at first when they separated back in 2013, but it’s amazing to see how far Peter and Jennie have come! I was so happy to hear Peter talk about their trip to Cancun in LaPalme Magazine. He said he really gets along with Jennie’s husband, Dave Abrams, and thinks he’s a fantastic person. It sounds like they’ve all become good friends – even with Dave, Peter’s fiancée Lily Anne Harrison, and their daughters Luca, Lola, and Fiona! Peter explained that people enter your life for a reason, and relationships evolve. He said just because he and Jennie aren’t together anymore doesn’t mean they can’t still care for each other, and that’s just so heartwarming to hear.

Even though they unexpectedly separated in September 2012, the couple worked to appear supportive of each other for the sake of their children. In a 2014 interview with Howard Stern, she explained that she and Will remained very close friends and were successfully co-parenting. She didn’t view their ten-year marriage as a failure, emphasizing that all relationships face challenges.

This Grammy-winning artist and her ex – they finalized their divorce earlier this year – are really prioritizing their son, Hayes, and making co-parenting work beautifully. It helps that they live just five minutes from each other – talk about making things easier! They’ve clearly made a conscious effort to stay on good terms, and it’s wonderful to see.
