Season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen has been a highlight of the Winter 2026 anime season, but unfortunately, fans waiting for the next episode will have to wait a bit longer. Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Will Go on Break Next Week
Fans of Jujutsu Kaisen won’t get a new episode on February 19th, but there will be a special episode instead. This episode will recap everything that’s happened so far in Season 3, summarizing the first seven episodes. This is a common practice in anime to give the production team time to ensure future episodes maintain the show’s high quality – something Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 has definitely delivered.
After a short pause, new episodes of the anime will air every week until the series finale on March 26, 2026. Though the break is expected, fans are understandably eager to continue watching, especially with the story now entering the intense Culling Game arc. The latest episode introduced a new player, Higurama, and the sorcerers must now try to get him to join their team. A preview of the next episode reveals that Yuji will be facing off against Higurama.
The next part of Jujutsu Kaisen will show Megumi getting involved in the plans of other players in the Culling Game, and his determination to earn points by eliminating opponents suggests the story is about to get more intense. Unfortunately, there won’t be a new episode next week, but the series will return later this month.
