Addison Rae’s Dad Monty Lopez Arrested for Exposing Himself

Addison Rae’s dad Monty Lopez is facing some legal troubles.

According to court records obtained by TMZ on February 17th, a 50-year-old man was arrested in July and faces a felony charge of obscenity for reportedly exposing himself in Louisiana.

According to official documents, the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office has charged him with indecent exposure – specifically, intentionally displaying his genitals in a public place to cause sexual arousal or offense.

According to records obtained by TMZ, the incident Lopez is accused of happened in August 2024, and he has denied the charges. His next court date is March 19th, and prosecutors are suggesting a one-year sentence of hard labor if he’s convicted.

TopMob News has reached out to a rep for Lopez for comment and has not yet heard back.

Lopez hasn’t commented on the accusations, but he has talked openly about feeling positive since celebrating his 50th birthday in November.

He shared on Instagram that he’s experienced both love and loss, and grown more than he imagined. He reflected that it took him fifty years to understand the importance of slowing down, finding contentment, and becoming the person he always should have been – a good role model.

Lopez, who shares 25-year-old Addison with his former wife Sheri Easterling, also expressed his love for his wife, Kaitlyn Nicole Robins. He married Kaitlyn in October after a whirlwind two-week courtship.

Growing up in the public eye meant I was always under scrutiny, with people constantly observing and criticizing my every move, Jennifer Lopez explained. But despite all that pressure, she’s finally found someone who truly knows and accepts her, not the image the world has created.

He shared that his wife, Kaitlyn, truly loved him even during tough times. He expressed his gratitude, thanking her for joining his family, always being his support, and for doing something no one else had ever done for him.
