Fireshine Games and Janson RAD have announced that the 2D shoot ’em up Gunboat God will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC (via Steam) starting April 13th. This is the first announcement regarding console availability.

Prepare for fast-paced action in Gunboat Goddamn! This chaotic 2D shooter challenges you to quickly fire, dodge, and blast through tons of enemies. Your mission: navigate your gunboat out of a strange location and return to the Citadel in the sky. You’ll need a solid strategy to succeed!
Take on hundreds of fast-paced challenges and improve your skills to become a master of Gunboat! Unlock new weapons and abilities, and test your reflexes to constantly beat your high score.
Gunboatin’
A gunboat needs its guns, and you’ve certainly got plenty of them! Luckily, you’re on the water, because you have a huge amount of firepower!
Okay, so I’m building up my arsenal – cannons, lasers, bombs, the works! And get this – there’s something called the Vaporiser?! Seriously cool. I can expand and upgrade everything, making my attacks way more powerful. Think bigger explosions, unique special moves, and just generally hitting harder. It’s awesome!
Boss Killin’
What on earth is that thing?! It seems the deep ocean hides terrible creatures, but luckily you’re well-equipped to handle them.
Face off against tough bosses in epic battles that will truly test your skills in surfing, shooting, and smashing! You’ll need fast reflexes and expert control of your gunboat to send those creatures back to the depths where they belong!
Wave Shreddin’
What could be better than taking down enemies? Looking awesome while you’re at it! Speed through levels, smash obstacles, and defeat anyone who stands in your path.
Quickly adapt your ship to dive deep or rise high. Facing threats like underwater mines and corrosive rain, you need to take charge and stay strong – there’s no time to panic!
Crocodile Befriendin’
Traveling alone can be risky, but you’re in good hands with Yeti! He’s a fantastic crocodile mechanic and a genuinely helpful friend.
Help him improve his Gunboat, and he’ll definitely do everything he can to return the favor and get you home safely.
