Embo probably works with the Hutts, who are definitely coming back in The Mandalorian and Grogu. The story suggests someone will use their family connections to hire Embo, possibly for a dangerous task. This indicates The Mandalorian and Grogu will spend more time exploring the criminal side of the galaxy than focusing on the return of the Empire and Grand Admiral Thrawn, though that storyline will continue in a future movie by Dave Filoni.

Embo has a surprising connection to Darth Sidious. After the Emperor died in Return of the Jedi, Embo might have been involved in a secret plan to create clones of Sidious.
