Viewers of Call the Midwife should prepare for a very moving season 15 finale, according to Helen George.
The actor who plays Trixie described a scene that brings together all the characters from the show’s past 15 years. They shared this at the TopMob Covers Party 2026, but didn’t want to reveal specific details.

Renee Bailey, who plays Joyce, described the show as the complete “Call the Midwife” experience. She explained that it’s a show with a full range of emotions – it’s funny, sad, comforting, and sometimes devastating – but she believes viewers will really enjoy it.

“So having all that to play was wonderful. I don’t know what I’ll do without her, actually.”
