The initial movie was launched in 1982, featuring groundbreaking computer graphics at the time, which garnered moderate success but left an impactful imprint. However, it wasn’t until 28 years later, with the release of ‘Tron Legacy in 2010, that we saw a sequel. Fortunately, the wait for another film was only 15 years, and we got a sneak peek with the Tron Ares trailer, which appears quite extraordinary.
The film “TRON: Ares” introduces us to a complex digital character named Ares, dispatched from the digital realm into our physical world on a perilous assignment. Directed by Joachim Rønning, this movie features an impressive cast including Jared Leto, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Hasan Minhaj, Jodie Turner-Smith, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, with Gillian Anderson and the legendary Jeff Bridges.
Disney’s “TRON: Ares” releases in UK cinemas on 10th October 2025.
