Realm of Ink launches May 26 for PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Switch, and PC

The action roguelite game Realm of Ink, known for its unique ink-style visuals, is coming out of Early Access on May 26th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam). Players can try a demo now on Xbox Series X/S and PC. Plus, a fun collaboration with the fighting game BlazBlue: Entropy Effect will add Oread, a boss from that game, as a playable character in Realm of Ink.

Realm of Ink first launched in Early Access for PC on September 27, 2024.

In Realm of Ink, you’ll experience a quick and stylish action roguelite where your choices determine your destiny. You play as Red, hunting the Fox Demon, but soon realize you’re caught within someone else’s story. To break free, you must fight your way through enemies and illusions, and ultimately rewrite the narrative itself.

This game treats death not as a failure, but as a chance to start anew and change the story. Each time you play, the game evolves, giving you new ways to fight, supernatural powers, and unique items that transform with every attempt. You’ll face four challenging bosses who want to keep you trapped, and meet over 20 creatures drawn from Chinese myths and legends.

BlazBlue: Entropy Effect Collaboration

Leap Studio is teaming up with 91Act to add Oread, a powerful boss character from the game BlazBlue: Entropy Effect, to the playable roster of Realm of Ink.

Oread makes a striking entrance into the Ink Realm with a powerful new Ink Gem, unique skins for her Ink Pets, and game-changing perks. These additions enhance her fighting style and offer players exciting new options for customizing their strategies and winning battles.
