Many fans were upset when they found out a lot of classic Cartoon Network shows were being taken off of HBO Max. Now that change has happened, but it’s not entirely negative. Because HBO Max requires a subscription while Tubi is free, these shows are actually easier to watch now for many people. Instead of paying for a subscription, you can watch them on Tubi with a few ads – much like how you watched them on TV back in the 90s and early 2000s!
Here’s a look at the fantastic cartoons that became available on Tubi on March 1st. And that’s not all – you can also find classics like Looney Tunes, The Flintstones, Betty Boop, Inspector Gadget, and many more, all on Tubi now.
16) Animaniacs

The classic cartoon Animaniacs, from Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment, originally aired on Fox Kids before finding a home on Cartoon Network in reruns. All five seasons are currently available to stream on Tubi. However, the movie Wakko’s Wish and the more recent revival series from 2020-2023 (a Hulu exclusive) are not included.
15) The Powerpuff Girls

The Powerpuff Girls is a classic Cartoon Network show known for its unique style. Surprisingly, it was popular with both boys and girls! Many adults also enjoyed it, partly because the voice of the villain, Mojo Jojo, is also the voice of Ghostface from the Scream movies. You can watch all six seasons of the show, plus the specials “Twas the Fight Before Christmas” and “The Powerpuff Girls Rule!!!” on Tubi. Unfortunately, the 2014 CGI special “The Powerpuff Girls Dance Pantsed” and the 2002 movie aren’t currently available.
14) Teen Titans

Originally intended to last four seasons, Teen Titans became incredibly popular and remains a beloved show for DC fans, particularly those who grew up watching it in the early 2000s. All five seasons are available to stream, but the TV movie Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo and the spin-off series Teen Titans Go! are not currently included.
13) The Batman

While the original Batman: The Animated Series is only available on HBO Max, you can now stream The Batman – the series that came out about ten years later – on Tubi. However, the 2005 movie The Batman vs. Dracula isn’t currently included.
12) Ben 10 (2005)

Ben 10 was a huge hit for Cartoon Network, running for 16 years! Currently, Tubi only has the very first series, which aired from 2005 to 2008. It’s unclear if the later seasons, which continue the same story, will be added in the future.
11) Pinky and the Brain

Similar to Animaniacs, the show Pinky and the Brain – with its memorable theme song – was also a hit. It ran for four seasons and 65 episodes. While the characters returned in Pinky, Elmyra & the Brain, that show isn’t available on Tubi. Luckily, all four seasons of the original Pinky and the Brain are.
10) Justice League

Tubi has expanded its Batman content and now includes the animated series Justice League, which originally aired from 2001 to 2004. Plus, once you finish that show, you can keep watching with its sequel, Justice League Unlimited, which is also available on the streaming service.
9) Batman: The Brave and the Bold

Though Batman: The Brave and the Bold began airing around the time The Batman finished, it wasn’t a continuation of that series. If you’ve already watched all five seasons of The Batman, you can keep the adventure going with Batman: The Brave and the Bold, which is currently available on Tubi. Unfortunately, the crossover movie Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and the Bold isn’t available to stream right now.
8) Dexter’s Laboratory

Like The Powerpuff Girls, Dexter’s Laboratory is a classic of late 1990s and early 2000s Cartoon Network programming. It first aired from April 1996 to June 1998, and was later followed by the TV movie Dexter’s Laboratory: Ego Trip in 1999. Although creator Genndy Tartakovsky moved on to Samurai Jack, Dexter’s returned for two more seasons in 2001 with a new showrunner, concluding in November 2003. All four seasons and Ego Trip are currently available.
7) Ed, Edd n Eddy

Before Teen Titans Go! came along, Ed, Edd n Eddy was the Cartoon Network series that ran for the longest time as a single show, and it still holds that record for original Cartoon Network programming. It’s popular with both kids and adults – though not quite as much as SpongeBob SquarePants. All six seasons, plus the TV movies Ed, Edd n Eddy’s Jingle Jingle Jangle and Ed, Edd n Eddy’s Big Picture Show (which ended the series), are currently available to stream.
6) Courage the Cowardly Dog

If you’re getting into horror, Courage the Cowardly Dog is a must-see. It’s easily one of the best shows Cartoon Network ever produced, and it still feels genuinely creepy and funny today, even though it originally aired in the late 90s and early 2000s. All four seasons are now available, but the CGI special “The Fog of Courage” and the 2021 crossover movie Straight Outta Nowhere: Scooby-Doo! Meets Courage the Cowardly Dog are not included.
5) Taz-Mania

Originally airing from 1991 to 1995, Taz-Mania was a popular spin-off of the classic Looney Tunes cartoons from Warner Bros. The show was a hit on Fox Kids and later found success with reruns on Cartoon Network. All four seasons are now available to stream on Tubi. After you’ve watched those, you can enjoy the original Looney Tunes series or the more recent 2010s series, The Looney Tunes Show.
4) Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends

The Cartoon Network show Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends was a critical success and ran for six seasons with a total of 79 episodes. All six seasons are currently available to stream on Tubi, but its spin-off series, Foster’s Funtime for Imaginary Friends, isn’t.
3) Codename: Kids Next Door

I absolutely loved Codename: Kids Next Door when it was on Cartoon Network back in the early 2000s! It was such a fun show and totally got me (and probably a lot of other kids) interested in spy adventures. It’s a pretty cool story actually – the show started as one of several pilots, and viewers voted to decide which one would actually get made! Now you can watch all six seasons, plus the two awesome TV movies – Operation: Z.E.R.O. and Operation: I.NT.E.R.V.I.E.W.S. (which wraps everything up!).
2) The Mask

Following the popularity of the live-action film The Mask starring Jim Carrey, an animated series was created. It proved successful, with 54 episodes airing over three seasons, and all three seasons are now available to watch on Tubi.
1) Yogi’s Gang

Yogi Bear remains a beloved cartoon character, even though his shows weren’t on the air for very long – they didn’t need to be! Now, both seasons of The Yogi Bear Show (1961-1962) and the single season Yogi’s Friends (1973) are available to watch for free on a streaming service.
