This Week’s Nacon Connect Presentation Postponed Following Financial Troubles

Following news of its financial difficulties, video game publisher Nacon has postponed its upcoming presentation.

Nacon Connect 2026, originally planned for March 4th, 2026, has been rescheduled to take place in May.

In a press release, the company explained why it’s postponing the broadcast. Here it is in full:

To make sure our future announcements are as strong as possible, NACON has decided to postpone NACON Connect, originally planned for March 4th. Because of current financial challenges, we’re prioritizing the launch of our upcoming games and continuing development on existing titles. This will give us time to refine our projects and prepare for a bigger and better NACON Connect in May, where we’ll proudly showcase the work of our studios. In the meantime, we’ll be sharing plenty of updates about games like GreedFall: The Dying World, Dragonkin: The Banished, Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss, and more.

More information regarding NACON Connect will be revealed soon.

Although the Nacon Connect event isn’t happening for a few months, the company still intends to promote its upcoming games in the meantime.

Nacon is facing financial difficulties – specifically, it’s currently unable to pay its debts. This situation arose because its main owner, Bigben Interactive, unexpectedly became unable to meet its own financial obligations.

The company is undergoing changes to improve its situation, so it’s understandable that focusing on events like Nacon Connect isn’t a priority right now.

Anyway, hopefully it’s able to claw things back and showcase its upcoming slate of software in May.
