Jessica Biel has done her best to say bye, bye, bye to mom guilt. 

I absolutely loved a piece of parenting advice I heard recently! The actress from Better Sister shared it on The Drew Barrymore Show, and it really resonated with me. She said you can’t try to do two things at once when you’re with your kids. Like, if I’m down on the floor playing with my little one, that’s all I’m doing. No checking my phone, no glancing at work emails, just pure, focused playtime. It’s such a simple idea, but it’s made a huge difference for me!

Even when she’s playfully wrestling with her sons, Silas, 10, and Phineas, 5, the actress sometimes feels overwhelmed and like she’s barely managing everything.

I completely relate to what she said to Drew Barrymore. It’s such a struggle trying to juggle everything – being present for my kids, nurturing my relationships with my partner and friends, and still finding time for my own well-being and career. It really feels like a constant balancing act, and it’s honestly exhausting sometimes.

She admitted she wasn’t sure she was handling things effectively. She often felt overwhelmed and pulled in many directions, putting on a happy face while secretly struggling to sort through her complicated feelings.

She credits husband Justin Timberlake with helping take her to a better place. 

Balancing their busy careers is a team effort. With his 15-month world tour recently finished and her new movie, Matchbox: The Movie, coming out in October, they make sure only one of them is working full-time at any given time, as she explained to InStyle last year.

When her children need to accompany her to work, Jessica Biel has a team to help, including a teacher who travels with them and a nanny. As she put it, “It takes a lot of people to raise kids, and it’s even harder when parents are constantly traveling for work.”

Despite their busy schedules, the couple always dress up in formal attire for special events.

Jessica Biel really went all out for Justin Timberlake’s 45th birthday on January 31st, decorating the house with flowers, having their kids make cards, and hosting a dinner with friends. Now, with her own 44th birthday on March 3rd, it’s her turn to be celebrated!

I posted this a while back, but it’s still so true: Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there! We really couldn’t do this whole parenting thing without you amazing men.
