A Bracer of the Liberl Kingdom.

Leaving home with her adopted brother Joshua, she began her journey as a Junior Bracer, working to solve problems throughout the kingdom and developing her skills and character along the way.

Estelle embarks on a new journey to find Joshua, who disappeared during the Queen’s Birthday Festival, and to uncover who is responsible for the events of Trails in the Sky the 1st Chapter.

Joshua Astray (voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch in English, Natsumi Fujiwara in Japanese)

Weapon: Dual Blades

A boy taken in as the adoptive son of the Bright family five years prior to the events of the game.

He’s a skilled fighter with dark hair and golden eyes, known for his quick, precise attacks using two blades.

Joshua and Estelle, who grew up together as close as siblings, journeyed throughout the Kingdom. Though he had earned the rank of Senior Bracer, Joshua surprised everyone by revealing his hidden identity and history during the Queen’s Birthday Festival, and then disappeared before Estelle could react.

Scherazard Harvey (voiced by Michelle Ruff in English, Chika Anzai in Japanese)

Weapon: Whip

Known as “Silver Flash,” this experienced Bracer is a versatile fighter who combines whip attacks with orbal magic.

She acts like an older sister to Estelle, offering care and support, but she also enjoys drinking and can become reckless when intoxicated.

To uncover the activities of a hidden group involved in the events that troubled the Liberl Kingdom, she joins Estelle as a Bracer and travels with her.

Olivier Lenheim (voiced by Matthew Mercer in English, Takehito Koyasu in Japanese)

Age: 25
Birthdate: April 1
Weapon: Orbal Gun

A traveling musician from the great northern nation, the Erebonian Empire.

He’s incredibly talented, skilled in instruments like the piano and lute, and a formidable fighter with both guns and magic. However, he’s also very self-absorbed.

He arrived in the Kingdom of Liberl with a specific purpose, but continues to explore even after the Queen’s Birthday Festival. This is worrying his longtime friend and aide, Mueller.

Agate Crosner (voiced by Ben Pronsky in English, Taku Yashiro in Japanese)

Age: 24
Birthdate: July 30
Weapon: Great Sword

Known as “Heavy Blade,” this young warrior specializes in powerful attacks. He overwhelms his enemies with devastating blows from a large sword.

While in the Kingdom of Liberl, he clashed with a young man named Lorence, and their battles were intensely personal, with Lorence’s words hitting him deeply.

Similar to the storyteller Scherazard, he’s teamed up with Estelle once more to uncover the secrets of a hidden organization pulling the strings.

Kloe Rinz (voiced by Cristina Vee in English, Hina Youmiya in Japanese)

Age: 16
Birthdate: October 11
Weapon: Rapier

A sophisticated girl and student at the prestigious Jenis Royal Academy.

Despite her gentle nature, she’s a highly skilled fighter, trained in rapier combat by the Fencing Club, and possesses magical abilities that are comparable to those of a professional Bracer.

Following the incidents at the orphanage and academy in Ruan, she befriended Estelle and Joshua and stood with them to defend the Kingdom of Liberl when it came under attack.

After the Queen’s Birthday Festival, it seemed she was once again enjoying her academy life, but…

Tita Russell (voiced by Brianna Knickerbocker in English, Hikaru Iida in Japanese)

Age: 12
Birthdate: May 7
Weapon: Orban Cannon

I’m a huge fan of this character! She’s Professor Russell’s granddaughter – he was a brilliant inventor when it came to orbal technology. It’s amazing because her whole family is just passionate about machines; it’s clearly in their blood!

She’s proven herself as a skilled apprentice engineer at the famous Zeiss Central Factory in Liberl. She even built her own orbal cannon, which includes features like jamming protection and automatic recovery systems.

She first encountered Estelle and Joshua while working on a case about orbments, and over time, she began to see them as the siblings she never had.

Zin Vathek (voiced by Vic Chao in English, Tetsu Inada in Japanese)

Age: 30
Birthdate: September 4
Weapon: Gauntlet

He’s a seasoned Bracer originally from the Calvard Republic, and a powerfully built martial artist. He’s a master of the Taito Style, considered one of the three most renowned martial arts from the East.

On his way to a martial arts tournament in the royal capital, he encountered Estelle, Joshua, and their friends. Together, they ended up working to resolve a problem that arose in the Kingdom of Liberl.

Once the situation was handled, he went back to his home country as asked by the Bracer Guild, but…

The game Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter will be released on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC (through Steam) this fall, and will be available worldwide.
