5 Emmerdale spoilers for next week

1. Paddy Dingle and Dylan Penders are arrested

At the police station, Bear’s situation worsens during a difficult interrogation with DS Walsh. He’s already stressed, and the detective makes things even harder by implying that Bear’s experience as a wrestler means he intentionally caused Ray’s death.

Panicked, Bear impulsively lies and says he killed Ray, trying to shield Paddy from blame. Paddy is devastated that Bear has potentially ruined his own life to protect him.

The next day, Paddy shared the terrible story of what his father went through while being held prisoner on Ray and Celia’s farm, where he was cruelly forced to work. The idea of Bear being in jail, awaiting trial, is almost too much for him to handle.

Paddy is resolved to fix the situation and decides to confess everything to the police, even if it means he’ll get in trouble too. His friend Dylan stands by him, refusing to let him deal with it alone, which deeply upsets Mandy as she watches them both risk everything for each other.

Mandy and Paddy said a tearful goodbye at the police station before Paddy and Dylan went inside to admit their involvement in what happened. However, things quickly got worse when the officers told them they were being accused of obstructing justice.

The family is devastated, and they’re worried Ray might not be released from jail. They urgently try to find proof that Ray meant to harm Dylan, and they realize Laurel is the key, as she was the last person to see him.

Dylan is really stressed about his upcoming court case. April is worried about how much he’s struggling and is afraid the pressure will overwhelm him.

2. Graham Foster wants to discredit Kim Tate

Kim shared a surprisingly honest and open side of herself with Lydia, making it clear she’s resolved not to fall for Graham again and is keeping her feelings guarded.

Joe is getting more and more annoyed with Graham repeatedly trying to make him distrust Kim. When his warnings don’t seem to be working, Graham decides he needs to take more drastic steps to convince Joe that Kim is capable of serious wrongdoing.

What does he reveal?

3. Jacob Gallagher’s confidence is knocked

Jacob is finding his time at Hotten General Hospital more challenging than he anticipated, especially while being mentored by Dr. Todd.

Jacob is deeply upset after reading Dr. Todd’s very direct feedback on his work, and begins to question if he’s capable of succeeding in his role.

4. Eric Pollard is suspicious of Kerry Wyatt and Jai Sharma

Kerry and Jai believe they’re having a secret relationship without anyone noticing, especially Archie. But news travels quickly in the village, and soon Pollard starts hearing rumors about what’s happening between them.

I quickly started noticing little things, and I couldn’t shake the feeling something was happening between Kerry and Jai. I started digging around, and when I finally found proof, it totally threw me. Seriously, I was left wondering what this guy was going to do next – I was on the edge of my seat!

Mary gave Pollard some advice about what to do, but it’s unclear if he’ll actually take it.

5. Isaac Dingle is worried about Cain

Isaac at Butler’s Farm is deeply worried that his father, Cain, might lose his battle with cancer. This fear started after a very tough conversation where Cain shared his prostate cancer diagnosis.

Isaac is troubled by his concerns, but Cain appears preoccupied, focusing all his effort on finding more land to farm. However, the strained atmosphere at home is clearly affecting him.
