Taylor Frankie Paul will not be able to see her son for at least two weeks.

According to court documents obtained by People magazine on March 20th, Dakota Mortensen was granted temporary custody of their two-year-old son after filing a protective order against the star of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

A court hearing is set for April 7th. Until then, visitation with the child is prohibited, according to reports. At the hearing, Paul will have the opportunity to present her perspective.

TopMob News reached out to Paul’s rep on the order and hasn’t heard back.

Mortensen requested the protective order on March 19th, the same day TMZ released a video showing a fight between them that happened in 2023. Paul’s oldest daughter, from his previous marriage to Tate Paul, witnessed the altercation.

According to court documents, the real estate agent claimed they argued again the next day. He stated the reality star threw his phone at a wall and prevented him from leaving by blocking his path. He also said she grabbed and squeezed his face when he attempted to leave in his truck.

The Draper Police Department told People magazine they are investigating claims of domestic assault involving the former couple. According to police, both individuals have accused each other, but they are not releasing any more details while the investigation is ongoing.
