Justin Hartley, known for his role in This Is Us, revealed a surprising way he relaxes after a busy day, whether his wife, Ryan Michelle Bathe (whom he married in 2006), is around or not.

As he nears his 50th birthday in April, the Emmy-winning actor says he’s being more open and honest. His wife, who shares two sons—14-year-old Andrew and 10-year-old Amaré—with him, recently did the same. Ryan recently shared how she and her husband, the star of Paradise, maintain their romantic connection after two decades of marriage.

Ryan shared on the “Live From TopMob: Actor Awards 2026” on March 1st that maintaining a good physique requires dedication. He jokingly said someone was working very hard to get in shape, initially intending to say they were working their ‘buns off,’ but then playfully changed it to say they were working them ‘up’.

It appears the Black Panther actor is quite confident and comfortable with his physique. He recently explained that he doesn’t hesitate to appear nude on camera.

He jokingly told People magazine in January 2025 that he doesn’t mind being seen without clothes, even admitting he’s a bit of an exhibitionist. He says his wife often asks him to get dressed, but he only does so when he absolutely has to, and it really doesn’t bother him at all.
