About
In Worshippers of Cthulhu, you build a city, manage resources, and make strategic choices all within a world inspired by the stories of H.P. Lovecraft. You play as the leader of a cult, guiding your followers, performing mysterious rituals, and taking over new lands to grow your power. The game is deeply immersive, with a dark story, creepy atmosphere, and challenging gameplay where your decisions truly matter.
Gameplay
In Worshippers of Cthulhu, you play as the leader of a cult trying to awaken the ancient god Cthulhu. You’ll start by building and managing cities on different islands, making sure they’re well-connected and successful. Careful planning and choosing the right followers are key to growing a powerful cult. You’ll perform dark rituals to contact Lovecraftian creatures, gaining special abilities and knowledge to help you expand and take over territory. Explore strange lands, find valuable resources, and overcome challenges that will test your leadership skills. As your cult grows, you’ll have to decide what to do with those who don’t believe – will you convert them, or offer them as sacrifices? The game world is constantly changing, so you’ll need to balance Cthulhu’s expectations with the fervor of your followers to keep your cult alive and in control.
