Amazon Prime Video is quickly becoming a leader in streaming, consistently delivering popular and well-made shows. It’s become a go-to place for series based on familiar stories and beloved franchises, attracting dedicated fans. Whether you enjoy action-packed shows like Reacher and Cross, adaptations of comics and video games such as The Boys and Fallout, or epic franchises like Lord of the Rings, Amazon has a wide variety of content, with even more exciting shows planned for the future.
Prime Video is poised to expand its superhero offerings significantly with a new Spider-Man TV universe, starting with the upcoming debut of Nic Cage in Spider-Noir. This will strengthen Prime Video’s growing collection of superhero content and help it compete with other streaming services. In Spring 2026, Prime Video will have two of the three major superhero TV series expected to be at the forefront of a major streaming battle, even going head-to-head with one of Marvel’s most popular shows!
Daredevil v. Invincible v. The Boys: Dawn of Great Spring TV

Throughout most of April—specifically the weeks starting April 6th to April 20th—new episodes of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, The Boys Season 5, and Invincible Season 4 will all be released in the same week. Then, from April 20th to May 11th, new episodes will be available for just Daredevil and The Boys.
If you enjoy shows like these, you’re in for a real treat! It’s unusual to have so many well-regarded superhero series airing at the same time, and we might not see this level of excitement for three shows all at once again.
Season 4 of Invincible is now available to watch. The show remains incredibly popular with both critics and viewers – it has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and is consistently among the most-watched series. Much of its continued success is due to the show finding its rhythm and expanding its world, plus fans of the original comic books are excited because this season promises to adapt some of the most memorable and surprising storylines.

After a rocky start with its first season, Daredevil: Born Again is now seen as crucial for the future of Marvel TV shows. The new season promises a return to form, with Charlie Cox as Daredevil facing off against a newly powerful Wilson Fisk, now the mayor of New York City. A welcome addition is Jessica Jones, played by Krysten Ritter, joining from the earlier Netflix Marvel series. Early signs suggest improved action, production quality, and storytelling, making this season a major event for Marvel fans.

I’m already bracing myself for Season 5 of The Boys – it’s going to be the last one, and that’s huge! Knowing this is the final run, I feel like anything can happen in the ultimate clash between Homelander and Billy Butcher. Seriously, anyone could die! The show has really taken on a life of its own, diverging so much from the comics that I have absolutely no idea what shocking twists they have in store for us. It’s definitely going to be a season you won’t want to miss!
You can now watch Season 4 of Invincible on Prime Video. Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again starts streaming on Disney+ on March 24th, and Season 5 of The Boys will be available on Prime Video starting April 8th. Join the conversation about these shows on the ComicBook Forum!
