The much-anticipated best show of ‘Pokémon’ is returning to Netflix this Fall with Season 2, as confirmed by the release date announcement accompanied by a new trailer and poster from ‘Pokémon Concierge.’ In recent years, The Pokémon Company has been making impressive progress with the franchise, introducing various animated projects across different formats. Among these new initiatives, the most intriguing one was a completely stop-motion animated series that provides an adorable and soothing perspective of the ‘Pokémon’ world, offering fans an unprecedented view they haven’t experienced before.
The popular show, Pokemon Concierge, initially premiered on Netflix in 2023, and garnered an exceptional rating with Rotten Tomatoes for its initial set of episodes. This achievement paved the way for the announcement that a fresh season was underway, and now we’re excited because Netflix has confirmed that the series will return in September! To mark the upcoming release of Pokemon Concierge Season 2, Netflix has unveiled a new trailer and poster for the episodes, which you can view below.
When Does Pokemon Concierge Season 2 Come Out?
Ladybug & Cat Noir” and “My Dad The Bounty Hunter”. It’s not clear yet if the same team will work on Season 2. However, what we do know is that the new theme song for this season is called “ONOMATOPE ISLAND”, sung by Tatsuro Yamashita.
Artist Non will once again lend his voice as Haru in Japanese, while it appears the original English dub cast is set to reprise their roles too. We’re fortunate that Netflix has given us a glimpse into Season 2 of Pokemon Concierge, with the first synopsis for upcoming episodes revealing that Haru and her companion Psyduck will be welcoming several new Pokémon to the resort, such as Sealeo, Shinx, Luxray, Arcanine, and Corphish. As Haru enjoys her days filled with fun and relaxation among these guests, she occasionally tackles any issues that arise.
What Will Pokemon Concierge Season 2 Be About?
In Season 2 of Pokemon Concierge, we encounter a fresh character from Haru’s past, Kent (voiced by Keita Machida), who seems to be an ex-boyfriend. His sudden appearance at the resort leaves us wondering about his intentions and what this means for his relationship with Haru. Additionally, Tyler’s uncle Dan (voiced by Kazuhiro Yamaji) shows up at the resort accompanied by a Sealeo he’s had for 15 years. Dan, who occasionally looks melancholic, appears to be dealing with some personal troubles…
Apart from the upcoming stop-motion animated Pokemon series, we’re also excited about another project in collaboration with Aardman Studios (Wallace & Gromit creators), set for release in 2027 titled “Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d & Pichu”. These two projects promise distinctly unique experiences, so there’s plenty to anticipate!
