Spider-Man: Brand New Day Merch Reveals Hulk’s Redesign

I’m so excited to see Hulk back to his old self in the new Spider-Man movie! I noticed some official merchandise showing him looking really big and powerful, which hinted at this. The trailer confirmed Mark Ruffalo is coming back as Bruce Banner, and at first, he seems to be keeping the Hulk under control with some kind of device. But then I heard rumors – and they turned out to be true! – that the angrier, more dangerous Hulk will be back. It sounds like we’re in for a huge showdown between Spider-Man and a seriously savage Hulk, and I can’t wait!

New merchandise for the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day movie (reported by ScreenRant) gives us a first look at a redesigned Hulk. The new design makes Hulk much larger and more muscular, resembling his earlier appearances in Avengers and Thor: Ragnarok.

Official merchandise clarified that the Hulk appearing in Spider-Man: Brand New Day is the “Savage Smash Hulk,” meaning this version is more erratic and uncontrolled than in earlier stories. The action figure is priced at $29.99.

This collectible figure lets players switch between two different levels of Hulk’s rage – his standard angry state and a more intense, savage form – suggesting a progression in his anger.

Get ready for exciting adventures with the Marvel Savage Smash Hulk figure! This collectible figure from Hasbro lets kids switch between two angry modes – Classic and Savage – by moving its arms up and down. It’s a gamma-powered boost for playtime!

Kids can also get a pair of Hulk Gamma Smash Fists to play like the Hulk, especially with the new Spider-Man: Brand New Day movie coming out.

Examining the packaging for the Hulk Gamma Smash Fists merchandise gave fans a clearer view of Hulk’s new design. He appears much more muscular this time, suggesting he could be a powerful force against the movie’s villains – or even Spider-Man and the Punisher.

As a longtime collector, it’s no surprise to me that Hasbro keeps including those oversized, ‘Gamma Smash’ fists with their Hulk figures. They’ve done it with almost every Hulk movie release, and honestly, it really works! Those big fists are clearly a huge draw for fans – they just sell well, and Hasbro knows it.

As a huge movie fan, I’m excited to share that the Hulk Gamma Smash Fists are coming out! You’ll be able to grab them at pretty much any toy store around the country in Summer 2026, and they’ll cost about $25.

Hasbro’s Spider-Man line includes a fun Hulk mask called the Savage Hulk Talk’n Electronic Mask. It lets kids pretend to be the Hulk and unleash their inner monster!

This Hulk role-play mask brings the character to life with over 10 sounds and phrases! It even features moving eyebrows and an opening mouth. When kids wear the mask and open their own mouths, Hulk’s mouth opens too, triggering exciting sound effects.

The Savage Hulk Talk’n Electronic Mask costs $29.99 and will be released in Summer 2026.

It’s noteworthy that the Hulk merchandise featured in Spider-Man: Brand New Day shows the Hulk with his classic green color. This is surprising because earlier promotional images hinted at a grey-colored Hulk.

Compared to previous versions, Smart Hulk is a bit smaller and more streamlined, with a more defined and approachable look. This design has made him a popular character with fans, especially after the events of the Snap in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

This version is different from the Savage Hulk, which is known for being angrier, more dangerous, and physically larger. It also feels more wild and basic in its nature.

Whether fans will see Smart Hulk again after his appearances in Avengers: Endgame and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is uncertain, particularly if Bruce Banner reclaims control after years of being suppressed. However, a balance between Banner and Hulk is still possible, like the good relationship they had in Thor: Ragnarok.

The Hulk in The Avengers is generally more in control of his rage and acts like the traditional, powerful ‘Savage’ Hulk. Because he can work alongside his teammates without being a constant threat, they don’t see him as dangerous.

This new version of the Hulk, as seen in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, is significantly more aggressive and doesn’t work well with others. This makes him difficult to manage and necessitates keeping him contained.

The new Spider-Man movie, Brand New Day, will hit theaters on July 31st. Starring Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo, the film also features Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, and Sadie Sink.

I Think I Know Why The Hulk Turns Savage In Spider-Man 4

As a big Spider-Man fan, I’m really intrigued by what’s happening with the Hulk in the new movie. It seems like we’re gearing up to see a much more brutal, primal version of him, and a lot of people – myself included – think it’s connected to the villains they’ve already announced. It feels like those villains are directly causing this shift in the Hulk’s personality, and it’s a really exciting setup!

Tombstone might try to use Scorpion to poison Bruce Banner, hoping to stop him from assisting Spider-Man with a strange new mutation. But this plan could fail spectacularly, as the toxin could actually unleash the Hulk – a much more aggressive and powerful version of the Avenger – causing widespread destruction across New York City.

So, things get really interesting! Peter Parker ends up teaming up with Frank Castle because he’s struggling with the Hulk. They immediately clash over what to do with him – Frank wants to eliminate the threat completely to keep people safe, while Peter’s hoping they can find a way to calm him down, kind of like how Black Widow tried to soothe him in Avengers: Age of Ultron by waiting for him to tire out. And if the rumors are true about Sadie Sink’s character being Jean Grey, she could be the key to actually getting inside the Hulk’s head and using her powers to help him regain control.

Presenting the Hulk’s rampage as a direct result of the villains’ actions is a smart move for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. It allows the story to depict Hulk not as a threat, but as a sympathetic figure who needs help.
