Focker in Law trailer is the fourth ‘Parents’ film!

The original “Meet the Parents” movie came out over 25 years ago and was a huge success, earning $330 million. It spawned two sequels: one in 2004 that made even more – $522 million – and another in 2010 that grossed $310 million. Now, sixteen years later, a fourth film is on the way, and the trailer for “Meet the Fockers in Law” has just been released.

I’m really excited about this new movie! It follows Henry, the son of Greg and Pam Focker, as he navigates the craziness of his family when he gets engaged. The catch? His fiancée seems totally different from him – it’s a classic opposites-attract story, and I can’t wait to see how it unfolds!

Cast, crew and new stars….

Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro, both celebrated actors with numerous awards, team up again in the new comedy, Focker-In-Law. Joining them is Grammy and Oscar-nominated singer Ariana Grande. The film is written and directed by John Hamburg, who also co-wrote the previous Meet the Parents movies. It’s produced by Jane Rosenthal and Robert De Niro’s Tribeca Productions, along with Ben Stiller and John Lesher of Red Hour Films. The cast also includes Owen Wilson, Blythe Danner, Teri Polo, and returning actors from the hit film Booksmart – Beanie Feldstein, Skyler Gisondo, and Eduardo Franco.

Will she return?

It’s unclear if Barbra Streisand will reprise her role as Roz Focker in the next movie. She was unhappy with her salary in previous films, feeling she was paid less than her male colleagues, and initially said she wouldn’t return. However, Ben Stiller has suggested talks are ongoing, and producers are hoping she’ll make at least a brief appearance.

Focker in Law is released in cinemas on 25th November 2026
