Lana Del Rey performs “First Light,” the theme song for the new game, and it’s now available on all major music platforms. The lyrics include references to both the game’s title – imagining running towards the sun like it’s a new dawn – and the idea of life being played like a game, with lines about risking everything to see how it unfolds.

Lana Del Rey first gained recognition with her song “Video Games,” making her a natural choice to create a theme song for a Bond film many years later. While her typically American sound might not immediately seem suited for the very British James Bond franchise, her dreamy and relaxed musical style actually fits surprisingly well.
