Save My Scrap launches April 22 for PC, April 30 for PS5 and Switch, and May 28 for Xbox Series

AMATA Games and Unio Anou have announced that Save My Scrap, an enhanced version of the free game Fix My Junk, will be released on PC via Steam on April 22nd. It will then come to PlayStation 5 and Switch on April 30th, and Xbox Series X|S on May 28th.

Here is an overview of the game, via its Steam page:

About

You’re an android mechanic, and you’ve just gotten a new job. Your client is Dr. Miomaru, and he needs you to repair his android, Harima – an older model that’s starting to fall apart.

Okay, so my client needed Harima fixed up, and I got to work. I plugged in the cables, swapped out some busted parts, and basically got everything working again. Honestly, it was supposed to be a pretty straightforward repair job, just fixing the mechanics.

As you grow closer to Harima and Miomaru, you begin to understand it’s about more than just fixing an android. You’re actually helping them recover lost memories – memories they intentionally tried to bury.

After you complete the task, you’ll be faced with disturbing revelations and deeply moving requests.

Gameplay

  • Android Repairs – Look inside Harima’s body to find the parts that need to be fixed through a variety of mini-games. These repairs will be the key to learning about your clients’ past.
  • Conversation – Talk with your clients, Miomaru and Harima, to gain their trust and get to the true crux of their story. Your choices will change how they respond.
  • World-Building – While in your car, you can listen to the radio and gain more insights into the world and its culture. Try out several channels to gain even more insight into the game’s world.

Console / Steam Features

  • New conversations.
  • New endings.
  • An unlockable gallery mode featuring event CGs and character backgrounds.
