Inside Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz’s Super Private Romance

Everyone noticed the diamond ring on Zoë Kravitz’s finger, leading to speculation that she and Harry Styles are engaged.

Oh my gosh, if this is happening, it’s been almost eight months since everyone started buzzing about them! It all started with those adorable photos of them walking around Italy – seriously, the chemistry was insane. But it wasn’t just a fleeting vacation fling, you guys! Less than two weeks later, they were having lunch with Zoë’s dad, Lenny Kravitz, in New York! Like, meeting the family?! I knew it was serious then, and now… well, now I’m practically hyperventilating!

Although they haven’t made a public appearance on the red carpet yet, this couple seems content with keeping things private, enjoying simple dates like grabbing coffee or having dinner.

Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles both have interesting romantic pasts. Zoë was married to Karl Glusman for a year and a half before divorcing in 2021, and was later engaged to Channing Tatum until October 2024. Harry Styles has been in the public eye for 15 years and has recently been linked to Olivia Wilde and Taylor Russell. Interestingly, Zoë has mentioned that her friend Taylor Swift helped her cope during the COVID-19 lockdown in London.

But that’s the past, and Harry has been thinking about the future lately.

I recently took some time for serious self-reflection, really thinking about where I want my life to be in five years. It was about envisioning my ideal future, and then figuring out the steps I need to take now to actually get there. It’s amazing how clarifying that process can be!

He simply wants to feel satisfied and have strong connections with others, he said. He wants close friendships and a family, and realizing that motivated him to ask himself, “What steps do I need to take to make these things possible? I can’t just wait for them to happen on their own.”

Harry explained to Zane that someone is ‘the right person’ because they encourage you to become your best self. While understanding imperfections is good, he believes it’s even better when someone challenges you to improve. He sees being held accountable as a positive thing, a way to grow and become the person you aspire to be.

The divorce made Zoë rethink her future and wonder if she’d ever get married again.

The Big Little Lies actress shared with GQ in 2022 that she’s been doing some self-reflection, figuring out what truly makes her happy. She explained that meeting someone wonderful who proposes marriage isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it’s important to ask yourself if that’s actually what you want. She admitted it can be difficult to consider the possibility that traditional expectations – like marriage and children – might not be for you, and that’s okay.

When she directed her first film, Blink Twice, Channing was her boyfriend. Like with her relationship with Harry, she preferred to keep certain parts of their connection private.

She explained that it’s best to keep things personal and private for as long as possible, so you don’t have to worry about other people’s opinions.

Harry doesn’t talk much about his personal life, preferring to express himself through his music. However, he has admitted to feeling happier since his trip to Rome last summer.

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately, and it’s led to some really big breakthroughs for me. I’ve been much more open and vulnerable, letting positivity flow into my life, which feels amazing. I shared this with Greg James on BBC Radio 1 earlier this year, and it’s been a huge step for me.

And he called his cheeky album title a “life mantra.”

He joked that constantly being busy isn’t good for you. He suggested that a healthy life involves balancing love, purpose, and occasional fun breaks.

I’m so excited for Zoë and Harry – it looks like they’re about to make things official! As a longtime fan, I’ve loved watching their relationship blossom, and I’m thrilled they’re sharing their journey with us through these photos. It’s been amazing seeing them together!

In August 2025, Zoë Kravitz and Harry Styles were seen walking together and holding hands in Rome, less than a year after each of them ended previous relationships.

Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this! They actually went to New York City together! I found out they had dinner in NYC on September 3rd, 2025 – a WEEK after everything started! It’s like a dream come true, I knew it was meant to be!

Harry and Zoë met her dad, Lenny Kravitz, for lunch at Sant Ambroeus in the West Village on Sept. 6.

They left a music studio in Manhattan on a cool October evening and walked to Omen Azen, a Japanese restaurant in SoHo.

Zoë and Harry showed they’re still a happy couple, enjoying a bright, sunny day together in New York City in March.

Harry attended the after-party for Saturday Night Live on March 15th with a date, after successfully hosting and performing as the musical guest – a feat he’s accomplished before.

And they were none the worse for wear when they went live on Sunday morning.

Back in Harry’s native U.K., the couple walked to coffee April 19.
