Kylie Jenner is facing a discrimination lawsuit from her former housekeeper.
Kim Kardashian is facing a lawsuit from Angelica Vazquez, who claims she experienced ongoing and intense harassment while employed at Jenner’s Hidden Hills, California home, according to documents recently obtained by TopMob News.
Although the lawsuit doesn’t directly accuse Jenner of any wrongdoing, she is named as a defendant, along with two companies and 25 other unidentified people.
TopMob News has contacted Kylie Jenner’s representatives for a statement, but they haven’t responded. Jenner herself hasn’t spoken publicly about the lawsuit yet.
In a lawsuit, Vazquez stated that during her employment from September 2024 to August 2025, she experienced discrimination due to being a Salvadoran Catholic woman. She claims she was consistently given the hardest and least desirable jobs, left out of team activities, and publicly embarrassed and insulted in front of her colleagues because of her race, where she was born, and her religious beliefs. She also reported being intimidated and treated disrespectfully.
The document states this behavior happened repeatedly, creating a hostile and abusive workplace. Supervisors who saw it didn’t do anything to stop it.
According to her lawsuit, Vazquez claims that after she spoke up, she faced a heavier workload, reduced hours, false accusations, disciplinary warnings, public embarrassment, and hostile behavior, including verbal and physical aggression.
Let me tell you, workplace conflict can escalate quickly, and unfortunately, I heard about a situation back in March 2025 where things really went south for one of my clients. She shared that during a dressing-down from a supervisor – someone who hasn’t been named publicly – things actually got physical. She said the supervisor threw hangers at her feet while scolding her, which is, frankly, unacceptable behavior. It’s a stark reminder that maintaining a respectful environment is crucial, and that no one should ever feel unsafe at work.

Honestly, it broke my heart to read that Isabella Vazquez actually had to take a medical leave in July 2025. Apparently, the pressure of the job was just so intense it gave her really bad anxiety, severe stress, and even symptoms like those you’d see with PTSD. I just feel terrible for her, knowing she went through all that!
Let me tell you, things didn’t get any better when she came back. According to the complaint, the work environment was just awful, and by August 2025, it had gotten so bad that she felt she had no other option but to quit. It was a really difficult situation, and she was ultimately forced to resign because of it.
Beyond seeking punishment for the wrongdoing, Vazquez is also asking the court to award them money to cover what they were rightfully owed, including unpaid wages, missed meal and rest break pay, work-related expenses they paid for themselves, unused sick leave, and any other compensation that was illegally withheld.
