Following the original trilogy, a remake, and a sequel, a sixth installment in the Evil Dead series has been announced with the release of the ‘Evil Dead Rise’ trailer – and it’s a thrilling one!

After her husband dies, a woman goes to her in-laws’ remote house for comfort. But when her family members start turning into monstrous creatures, she realizes that the promises she made in life – and the bonds they represent – somehow survive even after death, turning what should be a comforting visit into a terrifying nightmare.

The film stars Souheila Yacoub, Tandi Wright, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Errol Shand, Maude Davey, George Pullar, and Greta Van Den Brink. Fans are also speculating about a hidden appearance by Bruce Campbell, similar to his cameo in Evil Dead Rise. Sébastien Vaniček directed the film, co-writing the script with his frequent collaborator, Florent Bernard, who worked with him on Infested – the film that originally caught the attention of Sam Raimi. Like previous installments, this film features a new and up-and-coming director – a strategy that previously launched the careers of Lee Cronin and Fede Alvarez, who went on to direct major films like The Mummy and Alien Romulus.

What we can expect from Evil Dead Burn trailer….

Vanicek aimed to make his Evil Dead film a powerfully physical experience, wanting to leave audiences feeling emotionally and physically exhausted – as if they’d truly been through something intense. Based on the trailer, it looks like he succeeded, and possibly even surpassed his goal!
