Even though the My Hero Academia anime finished its main run last year, there’s still so much more to come! I’m super excited that Studio BONES is releasing a brand new episode, called “More,” next month. It’s going to show us some extra story bits from the manga that we didn’t get to see in the finale. But that’s not all – the series is also heading out on a huge event tour across North America this year! And if you’re a fan of the amazing music like I am, get ready because there’s going to be a live concert in 2026 where we can hear all the iconic tunes!
Get ready, fans! My Hero Academia: In Concert is coming to North America later this year! The show will recreate the incredible music from the series, kicking off on September 12th and running until October 25th with a total of thirty-five performances. While the complete song list hasn’t been announced, you can expect to hear favorites like “You Say Run” and “You Can Be A Hero,” as the band aims to faithfully perform the work of composer Yuki Hayashi. Check the tour dates below to see if the concert is coming to a city near you!

My Hero Academia’s North American Run

Want to learn more about the upcoming tour? Here’s what My Hero Academia says about it: My Hero Academia in Concert is inspired by Kohei Horikoshi’s hugely popular manga – with over 100 million copies sold globally and a franchise that’s earned over $130 million at the box office and gained 4.3 million social media followers. The concert will premiere on May 30, 2026, at Pacifico Yokohama in Japan, before traveling to the United States and Europe in the fall. It will combine music and visuals to relive the exciting moments, challenges, and emotional peaks that have made My Hero Academia a beloved anime series for over a decade, and one of the most popular with U.S. streaming viewers.
Although the current season of My Hero Academia is nearing its end, the franchise isn’t over yet. While a third season of the spin-off My Hero Academia: Vigilantes hasn’t been officially announced, there’s plenty of manga content to adapt for future episodes. Beyond the spin-off, more My Hero Academia movies are a possibility. Studio BONES hasn’t confirmed whether My Hero Academia: You’re Next will be the last film, and if new movies are made, they could explore the heroes as adults, similar to what we saw in the recent TV series finale.
I’m SO excited about the My Hero Academia live-action movie coming in 2026! I can’t wait to see how they bring the world to life. Let’s all chat about it – head over to the ComicBook Forum and share your thoughts!
