EA Sports UFC 6 Launches on July 19th, Announcement Coming April 30th – Rumor

The EA Sports UFC series is known for unexpectedly releasing new games, and it looks like that trend will continue. According to Dealab’s billbil-kun, EA Sports UFC 6 is expected to be announced on April 30th and released on July 19th for both Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5.

However, the initial information wasn’t quite right. It all started when Mike Straw from Insider Gaming reported a launch month that turned out to be inaccurate, but a release timeframe that was close to the truth. He initially said the game would be available on consoles and, unexpectedly, also on PC, with players on all platforms able to play together.

According to billbil-kun, a PC version of EA Sports UFC 6 is being developed, but it’s unclear if it will be released at the same time as the console versions. The Standard Edition is rumored to cost $69.99 or €79.99 and will reportedly be available as a physical copy. Details about the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions, including when players with those versions can start playing early, haven’t been announced yet.

The newest installment in the series, EA Sports UFC 5, came out in October 2023 for Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. It features a completely revamped damage system, smoother grappling, and the return of Coach Davis in career mode.
