Hulk Hogan‘s wife Sky Daily is breaking her silence on his death.

On the day following the death of Terry Gene Bollea, now 71 and formerly known as Hulk Hogan, the yoga instructor who was married to him in 2023, expressed a poignant tribute to this WWE legend.

In a heartfelt post on Instagram dated July 25th, Sky wrote: “I wasn’t prepared for this… My heart is shattered into pieces.” She shared a picture of her kissing Hulk on the cheek. Despite Hulk dealing with some health concerns, Sky had been confident that they would conquer them together. She had an unwavering trust in his resilience, believing they still had more time ahead.

This unexpected event is hard to comprehend for me,” the 46-year-old stated. “To everyone else, he was an icon… but to me, he was Terry – the man I adored, my companion, my soulmate.

Sky, who has three children from a previous relationship, went on to address Hulk’s fanbase.

She noted that Hulk held his fans in high regard, and although his body was increasingly troubled, he made every effort to appear, sign memorabilia, pose for pictures, and interact with those who had stood by him throughout his struggles. To him, you were of great importance.

She also called attention to how important the Hogan Knows Best alum’s faith was to him.

Sky ended her post by expressing that he was a follower of Christ, finding solace in the thought that his spirit is at rest now, and he’s found his way home. She asked everyone to remember his family and those who cared deeply for him in their prayers as they struggle to adapt to this recent change.

Although Hulk Hogan’s children Brooke Hogan, aged 37, and Nick Hogan, 34, whom he had with his ex-wife Linda Hogan, have not yet made any public statements following his demise, it was his managers who offered a tribute to the late professional wrestler.

Sky ended her post by expressing that he was a follower of Christ, finding solace in the thought that his soul is now at rest and he has returned home. She kindly requests that everyone keep his family and those who cherished him in their thoughts and prayers as they adapt to this recent change.

Although Brooke Hogan (aged 37) and Nick Hogan (aged 34), who are Hulk Hogan’s children from his ex-wife Linda Hogan, have not made any public statements following his death, his managers did offer tributes to the late professional wrestler.
