Developed by Rebel Wolves and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, The Blood of Dawnwalker is a dark fantasy role-playing game set in an open world. Konrad Tomaszkiewicz is directing the game, with Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz serving as creative director. Bandai Namco announced during their April 28, 2026 event that the game will launch on September 3, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The announcement included a story trailer, over 10 minutes of gameplay footage from the PC version, details on PC system requirements, available editions, and how to pre-order.
Developed by Rebel Wolves and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, The Blood of Dawnwalker is a dark fantasy role-playing game set in a vast, open world inspired by 14th-century Europe, specifically the Carpathian region of Vale Sangora. Players take on the role of Coen, a unique character who transforms between human and vampire forms. Built using the powerful Unreal Engine 5, the game is intended to be the first in a new RPG series.
The game’s developers have revealed the PC specs needed to run it. A key feature is the ability to play in native 4K with ultra settings, which requires a powerful computer. These requirements will help players determine what hardware they need to enjoy smooth gameplay at different resolutions, including 1080p, 1440p, and 4K.
To run this game, you’ll need at least 16GB of RAM – which is pretty standard for most new games these days. While 8GB used to be enough, most players now use 16GB or even 32GB. The game also runs much better with a solid state drive (SSD). The official specs require 60GB of free space on an SSD for all levels of performance, so consider it a must-have rather than an optional upgrade.

The Blood of Dawnwalker PC Requirements Minimum – Low settings (1080p, 30fps)

Universal PC requirements
The game requires Windows 10, DirectX 12, 16GB of RAM, and 60GB of free space on an SSD. These requirements are the same whether you’re aiming for 1080p resolution with low settings or 4K resolution with ultra settings.
Important: Microsoft no longer regularly updates Windows 10 with security features, making Windows 11 a more secure option for players in the long run. However, the game currently states that Windows 10 meets the minimum system requirements.
It’s also worth noting these performance targets are for the game running at its natural resolution. Rebel Wolves has confirmed that the game will support DLSS and FSR technologies, which should allow compatible graphics cards to achieve even better performance than the base numbers suggest.
The game’s performance depends on your graphics settings. Playing at 4K Ultra requires a powerful computer, while the 1080p Low settings should run well on most dedicated gaming PCs with graphics cards like the RTX 3050, GTX 1070, RX Vega 56, or Intel Arc A580. To run the game at High settings, you’ll need a graphics card with at least 12GB of VRAM. It’s important to check your graphics card’s memory, not just the model name, because a card with only 8GB of VRAM might not be able to handle High settings smoothly.
Rebel Wolves has announced that the game will work with DLSS and FSR technologies. These features will boost performance and increase frame rates on compatible graphics cards.
