Crew Motorfest is an open-world racing game that often flies under the radar, but its new RC Frenzy update is definitely worth checking out.
The latest premium event in the game features several new RC cars. These cars handle differently and have special abilities, setting them apart from the standard vehicles in Ubisoft’s racing game.
You can get these small, remote-controlled cars either with the Year 3 Pass or as a separate download. Drive them around the game’s open world, or complete the RC Frenzy challenges to unlock rewards and experience special events.
The RC cars in Motorfest are designed for fun, with features like jumping and driving on water. They handle more like arcade games than realistic vehicles, and the camera is positioned high above the action, giving you the feeling of playing with toy cars.
If you prefer, you can set the camera to a regular chase viewpoint as well.
As a fan, this is exactly the kind of content I love to see added in updates or DLC! It’s great when the developers try something a little different and just have fun with new ideas. It keeps things fresh and exciting!
Ubisoft and its development teams are generally very good at continuing to update and improve their games after they’ve launched, and the team at Ivory Tower has been consistently doing that with Motorfest, including with updates like these.
The RC Frenzy DLC is now available! You can get it for $9.99 or £8.99, or it’s already included if you have the Year 3 Pass. We want to know what you think about racing RC cars in Motorfest – share your thoughts in the comments below!
