Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton Step Out Hand-in-Hand for First Time

Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton are kicking it into high gear.

The couple has generally kept their relationship private, but they were seen holding hands in public for the first time on May 5th.

After seeing the Broadway show Fear of 13 that night, Lewis and Kim walked to the car hand-in-hand, suggesting their relationship is becoming more serious.

The Formula 1 driver chose a stylish dove-gray outfit of trousers and a bomber jacket, accessorizing with necklaces and brown boots. Kim complemented this with a turquoise, cut-out corset top, paired with asymmetrical light-wash jeans and heels.

The outing was special for two reasons: the couple shared some sweet, low-key affection, and Kim is also a producer on the show itself.

The film Fear of 13, featuring Adrien Brody and Tessa Thompson, is based on the real-life story of Nick Yarris, who was wrongly convicted of murder and spent more than twenty years on death row.

Given Kim’s recent work championing criminal justice reform and fighting wrongful convictions, it’s no surprise she and Lewis went to see the play while she was in town for the Met Gala.

As a lifestyle observer, I’ve noticed Kim and Lewis took a pretty low-key approach to their relationship at first. They first got people talking back in early 2026, but they didn’t really confirm anything until they officially shared their romance with the world on social media in April. It was a slow reveal, which is a choice more and more couples are making these days!

The couple had their most public outing yet on April 20th, spending a sunny day together on a Malibu beach.

Kim, 45, and Lewis, 41, enjoyed a beach day together, cuddling in the water and attempting to surf before relaxing on the sand.

Lewis put his hand on Kim’s lower back as they gazed at the water. Later, they took a selfie together before starting their day.

A video posted on Instagram on April 6th showed Kim as a passenger in Lewis’s red Ferrari while he drove through the streets of Tokyo.

After completing a few donuts, the SKIMS founder tells the camera, “That’s insane.”

Kim, who has four children – North (12), Saint (10), Chicago (8), and Psalm (6) – with her ex-husband Kanye West (also known as Ye), quickly became more active on social media alongside Lewis. She even shared a revealing photo of herself sitting on his lap at the Coachella music festival.
