Grayson Chrisley knows the best way around the gym.
Savannah Chrisley has recently gotten in shape, gaining muscle through a dedicated fitness plan.
Todd Chrisley told his 19-year-old son on the May 6th episode of their podcast, Chrisley Confessions, how happy he was to work out with him and how great he looked.
Grayson mentioned he’d gained “over 30 pounds” recently. His father, who shares children Lindsie Chrisley, 36, and Kyle Chrisley, 34, with ex-wife Teresa Terry, and Chase Chrisley, 29, and Savannah Chrisley, 28, with wife Julie Chrisley, quickly explained that the weight was actually muscle.
“I was 134 in November-December,” Grayson added. “I’m 165 right now, so 31 pounds.”
And Todd has noticed the difference, too.
“Well, it shows,” the 57-year-old quipped, adding that younger Grayson looked “way too skinny.”
It’s amazing to see how much my favorite athlete has transformed! And it turns out, his dad has been working on himself too. He actually got really fit while serving time for tax fraud – he was in prison from January 2023 to May 2025, and clearly used the time to get stronger.
After President Donald Trump granted him a pardon, Savannah was surprised by how muscular her dad had become.
“I’m not gonna lie,” the Growing Up Chrisley star said after feeling her dad’s bicep, “it’s hard.”

As for Savannah, she’s on her own weight loss journey.
She recently revealed on her Unlocked podcast that she currently weighs almost 160 pounds, though she admits it’s likely more. She prefers to weigh around 135 pounds.
At the time, Savannah said she was looking into a GLP-1 drug to help her shed some pounds.
She acknowledged everyone is entitled to their opinion, but emphasized that feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin is what truly counts. Personally, she wants to be very thin and even hopes it will spark conversation – she wants people to notice and perhaps even express concern.

The country singer shared that his looks have often made him question himself, even with all his success.
He shared on the February 2026 episode of The New York Times’ Popcast podcast that he was confident in his abilities as a performer and songwriter, believing he could create music people would love. However, he also admitted his biggest fear was being overlooked simply because of his appearance.
Luke says he’s struggling to get in shape, comparing it to a puzzle he can’t solve, but he doesn’t want to use weight loss drugs like GLP-1 to help him.
He said he was more afraid of the risks than he was excited about the potential rewards. He’s committed to losing weight, but he wants to do it in a healthy, sustainable way, not through a quick fix.
He clarified that there’s nothing wrong with others approaching it differently, saying it’s a matter of personal preference. However, for him personally, his focus is solely on winning and surpassing his own limitations.

The Bravo host detailed his health and fitness journey using an Ozempic-like drug.
During a September 2025 episode of his SiriusXM radio show, Andy Cohen Live, the 57-year-old revealed he’d lost a significant amount of weight over the summer by using a GLP-1 medication. He explained he’d been unhappy with his weight for a while and, after discussing it with his doctor last year, decided to try the medication. His doctor had recommended it not only to help with his weight, but also to address plaque buildup in his arteries and high blood pressure, noting its benefits for overall health. He ultimately agreed to start the treatment.
He explained that it significantly reduced his cravings, which had been a major struggle, and helped him stay focused on eating well and exercising.

The singer shared in November 2024 that he had lost 120 pounds.
Jelly Roll explained he shared his personal challenges openly, specifically on his wife Bunnie XO’s podcast, Dumb Blonde, because he wants to be honest with people about his struggles.

The talk show host says she’s feeling better and has lost weight after learning she was pre-diabetic. She told People magazine that she’s been following her doctor’s advice – something she hadn’t done for a couple of years. She also mentioned that she sticks to a high-protein diet most of the time, which she finds beneficial for her health.
She is a Texas girlie after all, “so I like meat—sorry, vegetarians in the world!”
The mother of River and Remington is settling into her new life in New York City and enjoying the change of pace. She joked that walking around the city is a great way to exercise, and she’s been focusing on wellness, trying out infrared saunas and recently getting a cold plunge after friends convinced her to try it.
She decided against trying the popular weight loss drugs, even though her doctor recommended them for two years. ‘I was scared of the side effects, especially since I have thyroid issues,’ she shared on The Kelly Clarkson Show in May 2024. While many assume it was Ozempic, she clarified she was offered a different medication – one that helps process sugar, as her body doesn’t do so effectively on its own.

Everyone’s getting health advice from a media icon who’s feeling fantastic! She shared her secrets with Entertainment Tonight, explaining that her healthy lifestyle isn’t about one specific thing – it’s a combination of everything, including treadmill workouts, hiking, drinking plenty of water, and eating nutritious foods.
Oprah Winfrey recently shared that she’s using a weight loss medication, and expressed immense relief about its availability. In an interview with People magazine, she said having a medically approved option feels like a breakthrough and allows her to finally stop feeling ashamed – both from others and herself. She’s determined to move past the negativity and focus on a healthier lifestyle.

The HGTV personality demonstrated a remarkable life change by sharing details of his two-year fitness journey in an Instagram post from July 2023.
He explained that sometimes what feels right isn’t what you actually need to improve – you need guidance. While he used to occasionally do hot yoga with his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, he admitted he hadn’t been following a consistent fitness plan, monitoring his diet, or getting any professional help.
Nutritionist Sean Torbati emphasizes the importance of both healthy eating and regular exercise, like hot yoga – he does it once or twice a week – for overall well-being. As a father of three, he believes staying motivated and persistent are key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
He had a turning point when he truly understood how much he desired to feel good and be healthy – not just for himself, but for his family and future. That’s when he fully committed and started working towards it!

The cohost of The View shared that she used Mounjaro, a drug for type 2 diabetes, to lose weight after gaining weight in 2021.
Oh my gosh, I was SO shocked to hear this, but she actually revealed on TV that when she filmed Till, she was almost 300 pounds! She said she’d been taking steroids and other things, and honestly, what really helped her lose the weight was Mounjaro. She literally said that’s what she used! I’m just… completely fascinated and so proud of her journey!

The Grammy-winning artist is aware people noticed her impressive body transformation, which she achieved through a combination of diet, exercise, and a weight loss medication that works with the GLP-1 receptor.
In a March 2025 Instagram post, she shared that she’s feeling fantastic after making significant changes to her lifestyle following her second pregnancy. These changes included working with a nutritionist, starting a fitness routine with a trainer, and utilizing medication (specifically mentioning Mounjaro) with professional support.

The reality TV personality is confident in herself, regardless of what others think. She recently addressed rumors about weight loss, posting on Instagram in February, “I really don’t like talking about this, but I haven’t had any surgery or medical procedures to lose weight.”
Although she’s lost 100 pounds, bringing her weight down from 385 to 285, including 50 pounds after the passing of her mother, Barbara “Babs” Thore, in December 2022, she’s been at 285 pounds for nearly a year.
Simply put, she said she appreciated the compliments, but she doesn’t enjoy focusing on appearances, either for herself or others.

The actress, knowing she’s considered attractive no matter where she goes, recently shared her honest thoughts on body image in an Instagram post last February.
The Food Network host shared a 2014 bikini photo and explained she weighs 150 pounds despite being 5’4″. She doesn’t weigh herself anymore, saying that while this might be considered overweight by some standards, she doesn’t care and regrets paying attention to those expectations for so long.
Free from the stress of dieting, she realized she was a kind, funny, and thoughtful person. She emphasized that your worth and personality shouldn’t be defined by your size or weight – you are valuable just as you are.
As for anyone that might not agree, she summed up, “F–k ‘em.”

The musician says he feels fantastic and like a rockstar after losing 55 pounds. In an Instagram post from April 2023, he admitted people have been asking about his weight loss and how it affects his performances. He shared that he’s really enjoying being on stage and feels healthier than ever.
He explained that becoming a father in 2022 was a major motivation for him to get healthy. He quit drinking soda and started eating better, wanting to be around for his daughter for a long time. He plans to tackle quitting smoking and cutting back on alcohol next, but says he’s taking things one step at a time.

She admitted feeling a lot of pressure to lose weight after giving birth to her son, Sidney, in November 2022. She told TopMob News that losing 85 pounds became her main focus. “I was so focused on it because I just wanted to avoid people talking about my body,” she explained. “I wanted to be left alone.”
Look, I’m a huge fan of her methods, even though she admits they weren’t easy! She’s always said it took incredible dedication and honestly, sounded pretty awful – constantly hungry and a lot of hard work. But she’s so thrilled with how it turned out, and honestly, seeing her results makes it all seem worth it!

The actor, known for his role on Roseanne, has experienced many ups and downs with his health. He used to drastically lose weight—sometimes 60 or 70 pounds—over three months, then fall back into unhealthy habits. As he explained in 2017, he wanted to approach things differently this time, focusing on gradual changes like exercise and staying active. He realized he needed to prioritize his health as he gets older.
He’s kept off 200 pounds by focusing on a healthy lifestyle: plenty of walking and a Mediterranean diet rich in fish, vegetables, and nuts. He told Men’s Health that it feels like ongoing recovery, but he embraces it because it’s something he enjoys.

Following a type 2 diabetes diagnosis and the loss of his father and brother to heart attacks, the host of The Price Is Right committed to improving his diet.
He told Entertainment Tonight that his secret to success was cutting out all carbohydrates. He explained that he avoids everything from bread and pizza to corn and beans – basically, no starches at all. He usually starts his day with egg whites or Greek yogurt and a little bit of fruit, though he’s allowed himself a cheat meal here and there.
And to wash it all down, “I don’t drink anything but water,” he said. “No coffee, no tea, no soda.”

As a longtime fan, I’ve been so inspired by everything Tammy Slaton has achieved! Losing over 440 pounds has completely changed her life, and it’s been amazing to watch her journey on 1000-lb Sisters. She’s hit so many incredible milestones – things she never thought possible! Seeing her fly on a plane for the first time, buckle her seatbelt easily, ride in the front seat of a car, go up in a hot air balloon, and even enjoy rides at Disney World has been truly heartwarming. It just shows what dedication and hard work can accomplish.
In a recent TikTok video, Slaton shared how much it means to her to be able to buckle a seatbelt without needing an extension. She explained that it’s a simple thing many people don’t think about, but she hadn’t been able to do it on her own for years, making it a significant accomplishment.
I’m really proud of what I’ve accomplished,” the reality star shared. “I finally lost the weight and I’m truly enjoying life now. It feels good to be able to say that I’m living it to the fullest.

The Vanderpump Rules star is focusing on health and wellness. She’s back on the Jenny Craig plan and hoping to see progress, but her main goal is to be a good role model for her son. She told TopMob News in February that while losing weight would be nice, prioritizing healthy habits for her and Jax Taylor’s son, Cruz, is what truly matters.
The future star of The Valley explained, “I really want to model a healthy lifestyle for him. Exercise is a huge part of my well-being, both physically and mentally, and I believe it’s vital to be on a positive, healthy path.”

All her hard work and dedication to strength training has really transformed the musician’s physique.
In a 2023 interview with People magazine, the star shared how proud they are of their progress. They explained that fitness is now a key part of their life, thanks to consistent effort and a commitment to their overall health.
She’s been working really hard, and mentioned she might start offering intense workout sessions, which she playfully called ‘Hottie Bootcamp.’ She described these workouts as a challenging mix of exercises like deadlifts, jump rope, lunges, and mountain climbers. In one video, she jokingly said the workout was incredibly tough, but added that it was helping her build strong legs.

When the pandemic began in March 2020, just a few months after the actress had her first daughter, Atlas, she admitted to TopMob News that she felt incredibly unmotivated. With everything suddenly stopping, she decided to just let go and not worry about it.
I’ve been following her journey, and honestly, it was tough to watch her old routines fall apart. She used to be all about balance with food and exercise, but after those first few months as a new mom, things just…changed. 2020 hit, and she admitted she was just eating whatever she wanted – she even joked about it being ‘terrible’ food! It really took a toll, and she started saying how much she missed feeling good and confident in her own skin. I totally get it, and I’m rooting for her to get back on track.
I was so excited when I heard about Openfit’s 4 Weeks of Focus program with Kelsey Heenan, but honestly, I was a little unsure if it would really work for me at first.
After consistently starting her day for a month with warm water and lemon, plus a 30-minute workout that mixed cardio, HIIT, and strength training, she was completely convinced it worked. She explained her new approach allowed for balance – even enjoying pizza with a side of spinach. She was surprised by her progress, saying she’d always been active but had never before lifted heavier weights like 40 or 50 pounds.

The fitness influencer, who goes by Fat Girl Fed Up online, shared on Instagram in December that she hadn’t reached her weight goal of under 200 pounds. Despite this, she decided to focus on her progress and still had something to celebrate. She doesn’t let minor setbacks discourage her.
She reminded herself that any step forward counts, even if it’s a small one. She felt proud of her hard work this week, and knew that losing weight would take time – she hadn’t gained it all at once, so she wouldn’t lose it quickly either. Her motto was to just keep moving forward, no matter the challenges.
She’s confident she can achieve her health goals. “I’m going to reach my ideal state,” she declared. “It might take a week or a year, but we’ll get there. Just keep moving forward, believe in yourself, and focus on making progress, not achieving perfection.”

The Queer Eye star was determined to improve their fitness for more challenging gymnastics, and they’ve really succeeded in transforming their health.
In an August 2022 TikTok video showcasing their weight loss, they revealed they started working with a nutritionist in April and have since lost 35 pounds. They explained their motivation was to improve their physique for gymnastics and their career.
They did warn, though, not to expect instant results. The author of Love That Story shared that it took three weeks of consistent effort before they noticed any difference. So, if you’re hoping to see a change, be prepared to work out and eat differently for about three weeks before you start seeing results.

Before turning thirty in 2022, the former Disney Channel star decided to start a new workout plan.
The actor, who is married to model Barbara Palvin, shared an Instagram post in April explaining that he used to be self-conscious enough to wear a shirt while swimming as a child. He decided in his late twenties to focus on changing his physique and getting into shape, jokingly referring to it as becoming a ‘meathead.’ He labeled the post as his ‘meathead post’.
He said it was a tough workout, but he’s proud of how far he’s come and still has more to achieve.

Everyone has ups and downs, and life isn’t always flawless. This became clear when the actress openly shared on Instagram in January 2024 that she had regained some weight – about 14 kilograms – after successfully reaching her goal of 75 kilograms in 2020.
Wilson admitted she’s been struggling to maintain her healthy habits due to a busy filming schedule. She’s previously discussed overcoming emotional eating and changing her diet to focus on protein instead of carbs, but finding time for boxing and hiking has become difficult.
Wilson confessed that stress was causing them to gain weight and negatively impacting their self-esteem. They acknowledged it wasn’t rational, but admitted it was how they felt.

Giving up his favorite beers? Okay. And dedicating himself to intense daily workouts – like the P90X program, kickboxing, and running – as he told Men’s Journal? Alright.
For Chris Pratt, the most challenging aspect of his 60-pound weight loss—going from his role as Andy Dwyer in Parks and Recreation to a superhero in Guardians of the Galaxy—was the massive amount of water he had to drink: one ounce for every pound he weighed each day.
“I was peeing all day long, every day,” he explained. “That part was a nightmare,”

Even though he was already somewhat known, like Cher Horowitz might say, the actor who starred in Clueless realized fans were surprised to learn he’d be playing Marvel’s newest hero, Ant-Man.
Paul Rudd has said that when he was cast in the movie, many people were surprised, reacting with something like, ‘Paul Rudd? A superhero? Seriously?’ He shared this with Variety magazine back in 2015.
He understood his task perfectly. He explained that he prepared like Chris Pratt does for action roles: cut out all enjoyment for a year, and then you can convincingly play the hero.

After having her older children, the author of the Just Eat book returned to the South Beach diet to help her feel like herself again. She told TopMob News that the protein-rich plan worked quickly. “I started the program, exercised, and immediately felt better,” she said.
Before focusing on anything else, she’s cherishing the time after giving birth. Decker, a mother of four – Vivianne, Eric Jr., Forrest, and Denver (born February 2024) – emphasizes, “New moms should prioritize recovery, not weight loss. Focus on feeding your baby, bonding with your baby, and letting your body heal. You’ll naturally know when you’re ready to be active again. Don’t let pressure to lose weight distract you – listen to your body and wait until you feel physically up to it.”

He’s happy with the results of his workouts – including a noticeable six-pack – which come from 90-minute training sessions and a healthier way of eating. He explained to People magazine that his diet now focuses on lean protein, plenty of vegetables, and avoiding sugary drinks like soda.
What really motivates him is achieving his ambitious life goals. He’s particularly focused on outdoor adventures. “I have a lot of personal goals outside of acting,” he said, “like climbing in Yosemite, so I’m working on getting in shape for that.” He also dreams of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, a long-distance path stretching from Mexico to Canada and back along the American coast.

After giving birth to her daughter Kingsley in September 2022, the former Twilight star realized something important: she acknowledged in an Instagram post in January 2023 that her body had changed and she was coming to terms with it.
If she ever feels overwhelmed, she has a coping strategy that’s just as valuable as getting back into her exercise routine after having a baby.
She told TopMob News that looking into her daughter’s eyes – whom she calls her ‘sweet angel’ – helps her feel grateful instead of focusing on her own flaws. She considers this a helpful trick, because it’s easy to be too hard on yourself, no matter what you do.
