The launch trailer for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is here, even though the game isn’t available for a few more weeks.
The trailer combines actual gameplay footage with scenes from the story, offering lots of hints about the character’s past.
One song that immediately comes to mind is Seal’s “Kiss from a Rose.” It was used in the credits for Batman Forever, and honestly, it’s pretty iconic. As a gamer, I remember that ending sequence so well!
It works well with the game’s humorous style, accompanying parodies of iconic Batman moments and action sequences.
As is now customary, there’s an Akira slide thrown in for good measure as well.
We recently had a chance to play Legacy of the Dark Knight and were really impressed! It appears to be a great game for both LEGO enthusiasts and fans of Batman. It will be released on May 22, 2026.
