The third and final season of Good Omens will conclude the story with one last journey for the characters played by David Tennant and Michael Sheen – Crowley and Aziraphale.

An angel and a demon must team up once more to prevent the apocalypse and fix their fractured bond, especially after the dramatic events that concluded the last season.

Meanwhile, we can expect new faces, including the arrival of Bilal Hasna’s Jesus.

What is Good Omens season 3 about?

The third season of Good Omens continues the story of Aziraphale and Crowley, the angel and demon, as they embark on their biggest and most challenging adventure yet.

Aziraphale and Crowley, friends for thousands of years, are now estranged because Aziraphale chose to go back to Heaven, leaving Crowley behind. Aziraphale’s new role as a high-ranking angel puts him in charge of the Second Coming, a huge undertaking that’s causing him a lot of stress, especially when his decisions upset the other angels. Meanwhile, Crowley is devastated and aimlessly wanders the streets of Soho, struggling with the separation.

With the entire universe at stake, Aziraphale and Crowley are forced to examine their relationship, mend past hurts, and remember what connects them. Their journey involves everything from dealing with London criminals to stopping demonic plots, all while confronting personal betrayals and their own complicated feelings. Ultimately, they must decide if their friendship – and the world – is worth fighting for.

Following accusations of sexual assault – which he firmly rejects – Neil Gaiman, who co-wrote the series Good Omens, stepped away from the TV show. While he did contribute to the final episode’s writing, he wasn’t involved in production, and his company, Blank Corporation, had no part in it.

As a critic, I’ve been following a disturbing story unfolding around this writer. Nine women have come forward with accusations against him, details of which were first reported in a January 2025 Vulture article and further explored in a July 2024 podcast by Tortoise Media. It’s a serious situation, and I think audiences deserve to be aware of these allegations.

The accusations against Gaiman involve claims of sexual activity, including rough sex and BDSM, that occurred without consent. Gaiman has strongly refuted these claims, stating he never engaged in any non-consensual or illegal behavior.

When I read these stories, some parts feel familiar, while others don’t. It’s a mix of descriptions of real events and things that clearly never occurred.

I’m not perfect, but I’ve never been involved in any sexual activity without the other person’s full consent. Not once.
