Nippon Columbia is releasing an updated version of Spooky Spirit Shooting Gallery for the Nintendo Switch on August 6th in Japan. It will cost 5,280 yen.
Spooky Spirit Shooting Gallery originally came out in Japan for the Nintendo Switch on July 1, 2021, under the name Moshikashite? Obake no Shatekiya. It was later released in western regions by Aksys Games on April 27, 2023.
The Switch 2 version is based on the original Switch game, which was itself created from a mobile game first released in July 2019. This new version also includes GameShare and GameChat features.
Here is an overview of the game, via Aksys Games:
Shoot to defeat the Spooky Spirits!
In Carnival Mode, keep shooting steadily to rack up points! You can target prizes or spooky ghosts – pick your stage and start aiming to win. Party Mode offers a bunch of fun minigames for up to four players. And if you’re up for a real challenge, unlock the Spirit Stairway – it gets harder the further you climb, with even more ghosts to defeat!
