Another day, another Fortnite music collab as British rapper EsDeeKid is getting his own skin.
He’s joining a growing list of popular artists like Travis Scott, Eminem, Juice WRLD, and Ice Spice, who already have branded items available in the game.
If you’re curious about the EsDeeKid skin – when it’s coming out and how to unlock it – here’s the information you need.
When is the Fortnite x EsDeeKid skin release date
The EsDeeKid Fortnite skin will release on 15 May 2026, according to leakers.
The information comes from ShiinaBR, a well-known source on X. While it’s always best to be cautious with leaks, Shiina is usually very reliable, so this report is likely accurate.
The skin will be released as part of the new Fortnite v40.40 update.

What to expect from EsDeeKid in Fortnite
Similar to past artist partnerships in Fortnite, we’ll likely see an EsDeeKid character skin become available.
We also expect that at least one song by EsDeeKid will be included in the game as a playable Jam Track.
We might also receive other cosmetic items like emotes, back blings, and pickaxes, but we’ll find out for sure later!

How to get the EsDeeKid skin in Fortnite explained
The EsDeeKid skin will be available in the Fortnite Item Shop.
We don’t have the exact price yet, but we estimate the item will likely cost between 1,500 and 1,800 V-Bucks if purchased separately.
It will probably also be sold as a package with other EsDeeKid-themed items. These bundles could cost up to 3,200 V-Bucks, similar to past bundles like the Chappell Roan Bundle, depending on what’s included.
