How to Redeem Genshin Impact Codes
You can redeem codes in two ways.
Method 1: HoYoverse Redemption Website
- Go to the official Genshin Impact redemption page.
- Log in with your HoYoverse account.
- Select your correct server (Asia, America, Europe, or TW/HK/MO).
- Enter the code exactly as shown — no spaces before or after.
- Claim the rewards from your in-game mail after redeeming the code.
Method 2: In-Game Redemption
- Open Genshin Impact and tap the Paimon Menu (top-left).
- Go to Settings → Account → Redeem Code.
- Enter the code and confirm.
- Collect rewards from your in-game mail.
To use most promotional codes, you generally need to be at least Adventure Rank 10 and have a HoYoverse account connected to your game. However, the code GENSHINGIFT is an exception – it doesn’t require a specific Adventure Rank, but you still need to be able to access your in-game mail to redeem it.
Why a Code Might Not Work

HoYoverse shares redeem codes in a few key places: during their live streams before new game updates, on their official X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook pages, and sometimes through partnered content creators during special events.
To get the most out of special broadcasts, watch them live and immediately redeem any codes that appear on screen. Don’t close the stream until you’ve entered all the codes, as they can expire quickly!
