Sophie Raworth has been filming the creation of the show gardens at Chelsea Flower Show for the past three weeks, and she says this year’s event promises to be fantastic.

I’m really excited for this year’s Chelsea Flower Show! It’s my twelfth year working on the team, and it’s always the best part of my year. I’m looking forward to welcoming visitors next week.

Adam Frost

I’m a huge fan of Adam Frost! He’s a really talented garden designer and horticulturist – you’ve probably seen his amazing work at the Chelsea Flower Show, and he’s a regular on Gardeners’ World, which I love. He just has a knack for creating beautiful gardens.

He started his career at North Devon Parks, then moved to London to work as a landscaper. He continued to advance, working with Geoff Hamilton and eventually becoming an RHS Ambassador.

Throughout his career, Frost has earned seven gold medals at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show. He shares the story of his achievements and how he reached this level of success in his book, Real Gardens.

He joins Raworth to kick off the week’s coverage on Sunday 17 May.
